My experience at time of purchase was good. But days later I was informed that part of my purchase was not order and they were unsure on who to blame. But I have to say matthew came though and made my experience a good one in the end. And a special thanks to tony for my brow tint. Thanks guys.

Tired of dealing with these know it all attitude nerd installers. What hell yall get certified if ya can’t even install a simple deck in a car. Right off the bat as come in to ask about installation, got that snooty better than you attitude. Ain’t got time for that kid stuff. Get some better customer service trained people.

U guys r way to expensive for what u offer the miscellaneous charges on my itemized bill is bull sh.t $300 and some odd dollars for miscellaneous charges. That's ridiculous. I will not be coming back to y'all for anything

Get your GREAT SOUND from the friendly folks at Cartoys in hurst!
Their knowledgeable staff jumped right in to give me the best advice on how to spend my money. It was really great advice, too. So, now I have great sound in my hooptie!
Everything was in stock and they were ready to do installs if needed. I’ve also gone to these guys a couple times just to ask advice on other vehicles that wound up resulting in purchases. I trust them. I believe you can trust them, too.

They did a great job installing a new deck. They said it would be about 2 hours and it was done in 2 hours. Then they walked me through the basics.

Great service staff and coordination on scheduling. Overall the detail of my 1984 Cadillac Fleetwood came out pretty good. First of all this vehicle is a 40 year old survivor and exterior has “wear and tear”, but the detail on the body and soft top came out excellent. The interior was very cleaned and my only complaint the windows were streaky and actually two interior windows were not even cleaned. I had to redo the all the windows to remove the streaks.
I would recommend them, but beware of young, inexperienced detailers.

Did not honored advertise price. Push to sell you a higher price product even though you don’t need it. I noticed workers did not agree with front guy selling tricks but had to go along as well as me. I guess I felt embarrassed to challenge the guy’s lies even though cost me more money. Service was promised to be done in 2.5 hours but delivered in 8.0 even with appointment set. Will not come back and definitely not recommend.
