Corporate has a new return policy: No returns after 15 days - unless you pay for a monthly/annual membership, then it’s 30 days.FWIW: Target has the normal 30-days return policy, no membership required.

Went there to buy an exact over ear headphones i saw was available online. No one noticed while I stood looking around for someone to open the cabinet and bill me so I can be on my way. I had to go around looking for help. I'm not petty, I just demand better service than agents walking around not looking to make eye contact or ask for assistance from customers. It was clean inside so 3 stars.

What a bunch of idiots! Don’t use their online order garbage system. After you pay for the item and it’s rightfully YOURS this dump of a location will find some excuse not to give you the item you’ve already paid for! Count your days Best Buy, Amazon will get rid of you guys and that “customer service” I just experienced.

They went above and beyond to meet my needs. Bought an open box item, but ended up with a new in the box item. Why you say because the open box was missing some pieces. The manager stated since it was there mistake he wanted to make it right. Customer Service at it's finest- no questions ask.

Best Buy is no longer the store I'd spend an hour or more browsing in, but when I need something that they have in stock (or might), it is still a great option. This is one of the few box stores that has consistently great customer service. When one store is average at best, the next will be exceptional in retail service.

Shortly before Christmas I picked up a present here. Paid for online picked up ins store.When I got there I went to the wrong line because I had never done this before. The lady at the didn’t say a word, just pointed to customer service.The security guard was the most helpful out of everyone interacted with! More on that later.When I got to customer service, they seemed burdened that they had to help me. I get it, they were probably pretty busy. But they didn’t even look at me while I was there.Upon leaving, customer service handed me an XBOX X no bag, no nothing! It’s a Christmas gift and expensive, a little forethought would have gone a long way!As I’m struggling with this giant box, my purse, and another bag, the security guard asked if I needed any help and thank goodness he did. I asked if maybe they had a big bag for the big box and he went and found one. It took probably 10 minutes, but he was a life saver!The employees are disinterested, and frankly rude. It takes 2 seconds to be nice, but that was too much for these guys!
