Great customer service! Nick was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful in purchasing them and helping with our exchange. The delivery team is great too. I had to change out my washer twice (do not buy LG washer, it’s screeches loudly) and they did the exchange easily.

When did Best Buy get so bad... I came in to purchase a high end audio system, I waited 15 minutes for someone to notice me and then every system we looked at was not connected. It's been like this the past 3 times I've come to this location and it's severely disappointing. Apparently if I want to get service with my money this is no longer the place to go. ?

The employees here don’t acknowledge you in the store. All you get is a “welcome in” and that’s it. You’re on your own. Walking through aisles I asked an associate where they have certain items and they ignore you. At checkout, the girl was too busy to check her phone and walked away. The next associate that came to checkout I had to repeat my number 5 times and he didn’t find my account. Took forever. Also to pick up an item the app has a QR code to scan. Tell me why he was ringing it up as a transaction! Best Buy, train your staff!

Looking for a particular part and passed 3 team members in a fun huddle and no one offered to help me. I was in there for 40 minutes obviously needing help and exited without finding what I needed.
