It makes me very sad, if you are an immigrant, do not come to this bank, the United States government gave AUTHORIZATION to work and a social security number to my girlfriend and even so they did not allow her to open her account, the girl (I don't know if she discriminatory) told her that she comes from a country considered high risk. FINALLY, WE CROSSED THE BANK OF AMERICA which is in front and they very kindly assisted us and OPENED the account!

The bankers we worked with were incredibly kind, but didn’t seem to know the processes for the loan we were applying for. This resulted in some wasted leg work finding documents and about two weeks of excitement before being told many of the stipulations they told us were wrong. Luckily, frost bank has been able to easily take care of us (telling me some of the things PNC said we couldn’t do aren’t accurate) but it is unfortunate that we wasted so much time.
I will be moving my high yield account away from PNC. My fiance and I were going to move our accounts to them, but we will not do so now. We cannot trust that the information they’re giving us is accurate.

This bank is not good for business banking. Charging fees every month even though our account has the amount not to be charged fees. I am closing my our account and taking business somewhere else. Not HAPPY with PNC :(

This has been the most frustrating experience. I set up an account almost a month ago to find out the person that assisted me didn’t even order my card correctly. Nor got my name correctly. Whats the point of even going into the establishment if they are not going to help properly. Not only that, called me left a voicemail and all of a sudden they are not in the office every time i call to rectify my concerns.

This location was a Compass up until a few months ago. 50% new staff made huge difference! They are always courteous and jovial. And fast. I cant recall ever having an unreasonable wait in line since the transition.

i order business debit card take 2 months when i got there is not even my business name on the card . Order the check images it cost $700..better to stay away this pnc bank .gonna close acc soon
