My "low oil" light would come on and off so I stopped by an AutoZone on Harwood Road in Bedford and asked if they would run the codes. The person I spoke with told me to go to the oil changing place down the road and they could help me. I thought it odd, so I left. Fast forward to today. . .the low oil light came on and stayed on so I stopped at the AutoZone on Pipeline in Hurst and a gentleman, Robin, helped me. I asked if he would run the codes for me and he was more than happy to do so. No codes came up (thankfully) and he asked what was happening. I told him about the "low oil" light coming on but I had just had my oil changed the first of November. He checked the oil for me and there was none. . .a little drop on the end of the oil stick. He also showed me that the oil cap was completely dry. (I'm wondering if where I had my oil changed even put oil in or only put half in) Thankfully I had a quart of oil in my trunk and he was so kind to put it in for me. . .checked it again but it needed more. We went in, he told me to wait by the register, ran back and got me another bottle. Followed me out and put that quart in for me. Checked the oil and showed me it was up to the correct line. Robin, if you're reading this, thank you. . .you have showed me that there are still kind people in this world. And to the manager of the store, you have one amazing associate. I'm forever grateful as I think what could have happened if Robin hadn't taken the time to ask and check issues for me. AutoZone should be proud of their associate Robin. He made this old lady feel cared for.

I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in Hurst on Pipeline! I went in for a headlight bulb and was greeted and helped with stellar customer service by Laurence. He was super helpful letting me know the difference for each bulb and which one is the most worth it for my liking and my car. He also went as far as to replace the bulb and bulb connector for me. Stellar service, will be coming back!

Fast forward to today. . .I went to the AutoZone on Pipeline Road and the associate that help me was utterly amazing. He said he was more than happy to check the codes and did so (thankfully none came up). He took the time to ask me what was going on with the car and checked the oil for me. He showed me that there wasn't any on the stick (a tiny little drop on the end) and the cap was completely dry. I told him I just had a oil change the first of November, how could there be no oil (now I'm wondering if where I got my oil change either didn't put oil in or only filled it half way) Thankfully I had a quart in my trunk and he put it in for me. . .he checked the level and showed me it needed more. We went inside and he asked me to wait by the register and he would run back and get me another bottle. He rang me out and went to my car to put in that quart. He checked the level again (showing me it was up to the line), thanked me for coming by and closed the hood of the car. Robin, you are an amazing person. . .you have showed me that there are good people still around. If management is reading this, you have an amazing associate. . .take good care of him because good workers are impossible to find these days. Robin, you made this old woman feel cared for and important and for that I thank you.

I just came to the Autozone on Pipeline in Hurst. I was having a hard time getting my battery changed by other local auto parts stores. I called here and Lawrence the manager told me to come straight here and he would help me no questions asked. After charging my battery I came straight here and within 15 minutes I was in and out. Lawrence was so kind and helpful. He made my day!!! Good to know we still have good people In this world!!

My car wouldn't start while trying to take my daughter to school. As a single mother, I panicked. Lawrence went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. He was so kind, quick, and very personable. He seemed to not only be a genuine person, but genuinely enjoy his job. I was back on the road in no time thanks to Lawrence. Words can't express my gratitude.
