What a joke of a company this place is. They get a bunch of bad reviews for being nothing but rude. They even have immediate family members making reviews to boost them, since they have no customer service skills. See for yourself below

Britt was very helpful, we just called him to see if he did COA’s and even though he didn’t, he lead us to the proper place when he didn’t have to. Hes been in business a long time and he seems like a good guy.

This is the most unprofessional disrespectful rude business I have ever been to they do not give you the time of day I walked in there with my autographed memorabilia looking to see if I could get the value to possibly trade or get money to buy my son the Jersey he wants they wouldn't even look at the jerseys the guy wouldn't even look up at me he just said not interested in the most rude way possible my suggestion nobody go to this business they're not looking to help people they're not looking to be what they're actually there for

The conversation can be a little hit and miss, seems like it depends on the mood you catch them in. I've personally pulled a few decent cards from packs purchased here and they always have cool stuff to grab the kids, grateful for the opportunity to introduce my kids to the craft. If you know what you're after, I would recommend this shop!

Would not recommend going to this shop. Not the nicest people. Try American Dreams sports shop in haltom city. Smaller selection there but he is way nicer.
