I brought my teenage daughter to see Audra from a Groupon we purchased and she was so great!! She consulted first through texts and pictures to make sure I knew of any extra unexpected charges ( which were so minimal) due to my daughter's really long hair. She did a wonderful job and we both really enjoyed chatting with her and the whole experience was beyond our expectations!! My daughter had to hug her she was so happy!! We will definitely be returning as regulars

Found this on Groupon and decided to purchase. The groupon clearly stated how much the services normally are, and how much it is to purchase there. It clearly states what it includes, as Groupon normally does. It says haircut, blowdry and style with balayage.
So boom, I clicked and purchased the $75 voucher. When I called to set up the appointment, I got a voicemail and left a message. She sent me a text back asking questions about my hair, the length and color, that sort of thing. I then get this outrageous quote back from her "Well, by my calculations, based on your description; there would be most likely $35 for length, possibly $25 for a bond rebuilder, and possibly $60 for a toner. If you elected to have all of those treatments, my math shows a possible extra $120. It's hard to make a firm quote without seeing your hair to indicate what I'm starting with. A total of $200 is not an unreasonable cost for the services you would be receiving." Pretty condescending at the end there if you ask me. So I think to myself yeah I guess that's not unreasonable for the services I'm getting. What do I know right, it's been years since I got my hair done. Then I start thinking, well yeah that's not bad at full price but what the hell is this groupon getting me?? Thank god I found all this out within the 3 day window to get my money back. Thanks for nothing.
