I came into this store after the store off rufe snow refused to help me because I was in a hurry. The sales associate Ryan helped me and I was in and out in about 32 minutes, with a new phone and a new case and the screen protector.

Thanks to Andy (Asst. Manager) and Vivian (Manager) they got my mom's phone back working perfectly.We had been to two different AT&T stores and no one tried to help us they way this tream did and succeeded in getting her line back working. They didn't give us the run around and made our time there plesent and painless.Thank ya'll for all you did and the phone is working perfectly now.

Lori and Vivienne are the most wonderful people to work with, Lori helped me initially with an upgrade and then again a week later when I decided I wanted a different phone, and Vivienne went out of her way to make sure they would be able to honor my trade-in rate for the new-new phone. I will probably be back to add a watch to my plan, and I will be asking for one of them.

Came in recently for a phone replacement/upgrade. Quinn really knew what they were talking about and made sure I understood all of my options. I left with a new phone and changes to my service plan that better suited me.Fast, seamless service. I'll be back in when it's time to renew again.

I visited to change my account from prepaid to post paid and upgrade my phone. Their computers would not allow it to go through. They called the ATT number it would just end up saying go to a store. So I left. I am still trying to change my plan and upgrade.

Bryon is an all star rep for ATT. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services ATT has to offer. Easiest upgrade I’ve ever done. 10/10 customer service and definitely needs a higher position within the company as Bryon and Bryon alone raised my expectations when dealing with ATT employees. Had a smile every step of the way and made it quick and easy. Give this man a raise??

If you are thinking about getting ATT.... don't. They are STILL 2 months later trying to bill me for a tablet I don't have, and created a bogus account and billing me double service for the one phone I do have. The online chat and phone CSRs are worse than useless. Every time they touched the account they messed it up worse. My next step is to call the TV stations and see if one of the consumer reporters will do a story on this. Their own store managers have promised me each time it was fixed. Well, I am back to visit tomorrow... for the 5th time in 1 month. *just *don't *get *their *service.... unless you like bad service.

My wife and I would like to comment on the AT&T store in Hurst.We have visited this store a few times in the past and always had a very good experience.We visited this store to find out about getting aHOT SPOT for some travel we are planning, and we had no understanding about hot spots.We were greeted by Tim and told him our situation and he was so helpful that by the time we left not only did we have a HOT SPOT but we also had 2 new phones and all the accessories that go with it.Then, a few weeks later, we had some difficulty with AT&T U-Verse and spent many hours on the phone with the call center. We got very frustrated and thought about transferring our TV service to another company, before we made some move that we might regret, since we liked AT&T, we decided to go to the AT&T store and we were greeted at the door by Josh. We told him our dilemma and he was so patient and listened to our problem. He then proceeded to get us a phone number and told us what to say. By the time we left, we were so relieved that Josh greeted us at the door and was able to help us with our problem.We had been to the Hurst AT&T store many times and each time someone always greeted us at the door with a smile and was always very helpful. It’s always a pleasure to go into an establishment and be treated like you are a special person.This AT&T store has good management because all employees understand that having our business is important.P.S. With the help we received from Josh, we got the service that we needed, and we stayed with AT&T.Thank You, Josh for greeting us at the door.
