This agency is the most disrespectful and arrogant. I have never been disrespected when calling a costumer service. No manager, no supervisors just rude people answer phone calls. Total circus.

I have had Atlas General Agency for my homeowners insurance since purchasing my home in 2016. We have had no issues at all with them. We had to file a claim last year for a water leak and Jessica Callan our claim rep was extremely helpful and available with any question or concern I had. I would recommend Atlas General Agency to anyone looking for homeowners coverage.

This agency does not care about there customers or helping them one bit. We had a very bad vehicle accident to which we lost several items. When I called to file a claim with Atlas I spoke with Jessica Callan. She had no compassion what’s so ever and proceeded to basically try and have me file through a different route she at that point would tell me how she was in the car insurance business and knew how it worked which I told her I had already looked into that. She them basically sighs at my description of items as if she has no belief that we could have those things in our vehicle.I ask to speak to her supervisor at which he calls and is just as rude. When I told him I had about $7500 items that were lost and unaccounted for his response is “Who has $7500 dollars worth of items in there vehicle”. Then ask me where I was going and so on.What business is it of his to ask where I was going or question the value of items that I had in my vehicle. To which I told him I had several receipts. My wife’s purse, wallet, and makeup bag alone were $3000. Not to mention my personal items.This insurance agency is a joke. I hope know ever has to have a claim with them. They are definitely not here to help. And to think I’ve wanted 12 years with this company and have paid several times over what my claim is.Do not ever use this company.
