DO NOT GET TREATMENT HERE! I went to Aspen for abscess and then was told I needed all this dental work. They gave me a quote of $2907.10. I also needed my teeth cleaned. I canceled all appointments and all future work with Aspen as I did not need all the work they said I needed. I called back to get a refund to my credit card. They told me my credit would only be about $600.00. So my cleaning was over 2k. Makes no sense. I also have dental insurance which cover the teeth cleaning. I did not have crown work or any of the other things mentioned. Be warned to stay away from this office. I am beyond livid. I should have been patient and waited to get appointment with dentist that has ethics and works for patients best interest.

I was a client in Aspen dental and I witnessed the most appealing thing I've ever saw the commercial says they have a financial plan to fit any budget but he dated a man walks into the dental office in his dream pain and only had a little bit of money but needed to poor Dr. Daphne pitiful Dr. daddy is totally me and we don't work for free and I don't see how to man was ask for anything free but that's what your commercial said yeah financial plan fit for our budget BS

I am very impressed with Dr. Palmer. He is very intelligent and well-trained. He was able to explain the reason behind some dental issues I had when other dentists just treated the symptoms and didn't help me understand the cause. He does his cleanings himself and that allows him a very thorough examination of a patients teeth. My cleaning with him was one of the best I've had. He is not overly conservative in his treatment plan recommendations (which might mean waiting too long and having more expensive work later), but he isn't going to con patients into getting work done that they don't need. His office isn't as fancy as some of the new flashy practices but that just means you are paying strictly for dental care, not for a massage chair, hi-def TV, billboards all over town, etc like so many other dental practices in the metroplex. And his assistant Linda is fantastic - very kind and professional.

I've gone to Dr. Palmer for over a decade. His prices are good and his service is better. No cavities in 10 years. A little daily cleaning and 4 cleanings a year. I highly recommend. I look forward to not only chewing but having a smile for many years to come. Please consider visiting for a cleaning at $130.00 or less He is worth checking out and you will probably stay. I really enjoy the fact that the dentist cleans my teeth not some well meaning lesser qualified person. A bad dentist or hygienist can ruin your gums and thereby destroy your teeth. Protect your teeth and gums with a pro. I ocasdionslliy think of moving to a fancier office but then think I'm not there for snacks ambiance I want my teeth for decades to come and he can and has delivered. I've recommended him to others and they are satisfied as well. I can only apologize that I've waited this long to write a review as it is difficult and scary trusting a dentist. I avoided going to a dentist for years because I just didn't trust them. Dr. Palmer is approachable and informative. His place is not fancy but very adequate which only means you don't pay extra for his leasehold improvements. I'm satisfied and have good results. I hope this review helps someone.

Dr. Palmer and his staff are great. I've had miserable experiences with other dentists, but Dr. Palmer does great work and he's very good at making the appointment personal, relaxing, and educational. Highly recommended!
