If you are ever thinking about buying a new vehicle, look up Evan Arnold at Wiesner's Huntsville. He was a pleasure to work with during the purchase of my Encore GX. It was like I was talking to an old friend instead of someone I had just met. We laughed and talked about everything. He was pleasant and especially patient with me since my last car didn't have all of the bells and whistles on it like this one does. Even after I came back for him to install the license plates, I still had a short list of questions and he took time out of his afternoon to answer them and show me how things worked.Taylor in financing was so friendly and helpful too. She and Evan made the purchase of my new vehicle an enjoyable experience.

cody Hill is a fantastic salesman and the finance guy was awesome as well!!! they were both prepared for us when we arrived. the process was so quick and smooth!! They were both very helpful and willing to answer any questions we had!!! Will definitely go back when it's time for another vehicle purchase!

Awesome buying experience! Mr. Bobby Pitman was beyond fantastic, in fact came in to buy the wife a new car and ended up getting me a new truck, a two-fer deal! Lost count of the number of vehicles our family has purchased from Wiesner Huntsville, and each purchase experience has exceeded the previous one! Ms. Sherry and I say THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a GREAT experience at this dealership ordering/purchasing my new truck! While the truck was getting built, Kale & Clint kept me updated regularly & I always felt like I was a priority. When I drove into town to make the purchase, they had everything ready & the transaction was seamless. I'm incredibly grateful for everything!

Snobby service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices. I had an alignment done at a mom & pop shop, but as is quite common with lesser facilities, the steering wheel was off-center due to improper procedure. Quick Note: This has to do with the six degree offset in the wheels to compensate for the crown of the road, & if the steering wheel is not properly clocked (by ~6° from center) to accommodate for this, then the car will drive straight, but the steering wheel will be off center. I didn't have faith that the mom & pop shop actually knew how to remedy this, & I didn't even bother asking, because I'd had a GM dealer do an alignment a while back, & they nailed it right-off, so even though they're roughly 40% more expensive than where I'd just come from, I went to Wiesner for what I thought was a sure-thing. Once there, a blonde service writer in some gawd-awful yoga pants told me that I would need a full alignment even though (since I just had an alignment literally minutes before) all I needed was a steering wheel position correction, but I figured 'time on the rack is time on the rack', so I promptly & politely agreed to pay (through the nose) for a full alignment just to correct my annoying steering wheel issue. When I'd arrived the steering wheel was a few inches off, & when I got it back my problem had clearly doubled. It appears that they just repeated the same mistake that the other shop did only to a worse affect (& at a premium price). I immediately brought it back, & Ms. Yoga-Pants told me that it won't be going back on the rack "just to change the steering wheel position", (a stark contrast to her earlier assessment considering that this was WHY I was there in the first place,) & she became dismissive of my complaint, telling me that there's already another customer's car on the rack, & it'll be a long wait, & that these are highly trained professional technicians, so... (it must be just me then). I said, "Hey, no worries, I'll just run up the road right quick, & get video to show you what I'm talking about, just so you know I'm not being a petty complainer here, & I'll be back in less than five minutes." Yoga-Pants went to lunch before I got back. EPIC FAIL for customer service. Eventually the tech came out to to say that this is normal, & that with heavier trucks & such... yada, yada. I finally showed him the vid, & convinced him to go drive it. He agreed, & put it back on the rack after the test drive. At first I was relieved, however, all he did was "zero" the alignment & got the steering wheel centered ...without the six degree offset for road crown, so now my ride drifts slightly right. Can't win with this one. EPIC FAIL for service. Considering that I spent a ton of money & 4 hours of my life just to be treated like a complainer (when I wasn't outright ignored), & still not getting a proper alignment done, I consider this to be an EPIC FAIL for overall value. RECAP: Snobby service advisors, incompetent technicians & "stealership" prices. Go somewhere else.

We wanted to purchase a 2022 Cherry tint Z71 Tahoe. All the dealers only had a couple of black or whites ones. And the ones that did have a red one on order wanted as much as $7,000 over sticker just because it was a fast selling item.We talked to Cody Hill at Wiesner in Huntsville and the first thing I asked him was, did they charge anything over sticker and he said they didn't believe in doing things like he. Plus they gave us more for our trade-in than anyone else offered. So we ordered the Tahoe exactly like we wanted and we received it 6 weeks later. I have purchased 3 (new & used) vehicles from Weisner of Huntsville over the years. Anthony Goodney is "my" salesman. I've taken multiple vehicles to their Service Department - even vehicles I didn't buy from them, including 1 non-GM pickup. I've always been treated respectfully & fairly. As a female, this means A LOT to me! I've NEVER felt like I wasn't being heard or was being taken advantage of. I would rate Weisner of Huntsville as the BEST new/used car dealership in Huntsville...hands down! Plus, their customer waiting area (work, lounge, & hospitality - with USB ports to enable cell phone charging) is comfortable. The ladies restroom is very comfortable & immaculately CLEAN.
