I never knew customer service was important at a car wash until today! My truck had been ruined almost by a friend of mine while he was using it and it was filthy! My Father In Law told me about the carwash so I figured I'd go vacuum it out atleast when I pulled up and I could only afford there cheap carwash but it was something and I just tried to clean the inside real good and while clean the inside one of the managers came up and talked to me and offered to run it through again to help get it clean and he even scrubbed, pressure washed my front end for me!!! This meant more to me at this moment than these guys could ever know!!! I really wish I had got yalls names but I will definitely be back to purchase the membership for me and my wife's car Thank Yall Sooo Mych The Truck is Beautiful Again!

This kind gentleman Josh took the time to wipe down all of my wheels after the wash!!! He also scrubbed the bugs off of my hood with his hands, Great customer service!! They’re going the extra mile!

I was a member here until the new car wash ClearWater came into town, switched my membership over to them as they actually got my car clean. After awhile I was convinced to go back to whitewater as they were “better” unfortunately after 2 months of membership I will be canceling again. I ran my car through the other day and walked out with bugs, dirt, mud still on my vehicle

I had a great experience at Whitewater Express in Huntsville! A special shoutout to Devon, who went above and beyond by helping me get the bugs off the front of my car.
