I keep getting my packages thrown beside the road or in the yard by the substitute driver that drives the brack car or/SUV. I keep reporting this individual, but nothing is getting done.

Ms.Paula and the staffs were better than perfect when it comes to customer service.I and my family went there to renew the passports, we were clueless but Ms.Paula was very patient with us and helped us to do the application the right way. Thank you Ms.Paula for everything, may god bless you.

Moved to huntsville for college and it’s my first time picking up a package, 2 GROWN women at the front desk are super rude laughing at me for not knowing where to pick up my packages, & making smart comments. Then they proceed to just sit & talk and not do their job. Anyways, try to avoid this usps, or you’ll just deal with two LAZY grown women that don’t want to do their job!

Several times over the past year I’ve ordered items from Amazon that were supposed to be delivered by the USPS, but were not. We live in rural Huntsville and it’s quite convenient to get items by mail rather than make a 20 mile trip to town and a 20 mile return trip. Their most frequent reason for non delivery was that it did not fit in our mailbox. So we got a larger mailbox. If you’ve ordered from Amazon or other providers , it’s more than likely it won’t fit in a mailbox. A shoe box will not fit in most boxes. Normally these larger items have been dropped off on our front porch. Our regular postal carriers have been pretty good about delivering or they let us know it will be the following day. But it seems the postal carriers that do the box deliveries have gotten much worse. I sent a detailed letter to the local Amazon hub as well as the home office. I feel like they are not getting the services they contracted for with USPS in Huntsville Texas. And we are certainly getting poorer and poorer service.

This could be too long for a review, but this is what my landlord sent me. This post office is awful.Residents will need to request to speak with Belinda at the post office. We have exhausted all our resources to make them deliver and they are now no longer speaking with us. I have put in a complaint with the main office in VA and I have left over 50 messages with no return call from Belinda. I am sorry but there is nothing further I can do on my end. They delivered to the mailboxes for 3 days while the CEO was onsite and then stopped again. We cannot and will not leave an entire cottage open for mail as it is not secure for your mail and it is an unreasonable loss of income for owners. The property has working mailboxes and the mail is secured for residents that way. It just takes them longer to separate than dropping it off on the front porch of a cottage. We have tried to work with the post office but they will not reciprocate. That being said, hopefully if enough of y'all complain they will do their job.I apologize that it has come to this but the post office has made it clear to me that I will not be able to win this battle for yall. If you get any further information on what we can do to assist or if they are willing to speak with me, please give me call and put them on the phone.

This is my local post office. I've been coming here twice a month for the last year and a half that I've lived here. I have always had beyond exceptional service by EVERYONE at the desk when mailing a package and when collecting a package. Sounds like people need to check their own attitudes first before they enter the building....

I know the USPS here in Huntsville has an extremely bad rep, but I lucked out with the mail carrier we have, Carl. He delivers over here by Stewart Elementary. He is so kind, polite and truly does try and care ❤ Thank you, what you do doesn't go unnoticed! And I'm not the only who speaks very highly of this man ?

Lazy postal workers in the office in the trucks and on the phone (if they are forced to call you. They never answer). Marked my address as VACANT DO NOT PLACE MAIL. Despite the fact that I have lived here for years. Then they say attempted to deliver registered item but I wasn't home, LIE. GOOD GAWD WHERE IS QUALITY CONTROL?
