I have used the same hair stylist in Conroe for several years. I decided to try a local stylist in Huntsville. I booked an appointment with Jaz. I am very pleased with the textured cut I received from her today. I highly recommend her services. Thank you, Jaz!

My Balayage looks so natural and she customized everything just for me. She did exactly what I wanted.

Thank you Sabrina for taking great care of me, she work me in last minute. I loved how my hair came out! Overall, I had a great experience, the salon has a great vibe! Everyone seems so happy and it just makes you feel welcomed. I will definitely be back!

The person who cut my hair was Adanya, and I am very happy with my haircut. I got layers and I got about 8-10 inches cut off, and I am pleased to say that she did a very good job and would come back. Would recommend.

I’ve been coming here for a while now for haircuts and have never had a bad experience. Sabrina, who cuts my hair has always done an amazing job and is always nice. Sidney, The receptionist at the front desk is also always so helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking for haircuts or new styles in their hair.

This is one of the most unprofessional involvements I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. I went in for a simple cut and tone and walked out with one of the most botched haircuts I have ever seen.
Liv/ Liz, I don't even know her name, cut an entire chunk of my already very fine hair from the back of my head. After my cut I was charged $150 and rushed out of the salon, I did not realize the extent of the damage until I got home.
As for customer service, I called up to ask about being refunded for the damage to my hair and was told that there was no manager to speak to about this and that I would only be reimbursed $45. Total. I was then told I could "come to claim my money at 5 pm" and abruptly hung up on. About 5 minutes later I received a call from them saying I could now claim my $45 at any time. I went to the salon and asked to see a manager or the stylist and even showed the attached photos and was told that neither of them was there, nor was any apology for their mistake given.
Huge thank you to Emma at STRANDS Hair Co. for doing the best she could to fix my hair nightmare this morning.

Brandi has once again left me speechless with how beautiful she made my hair look after not getting highlights for over a year. I have been coming here to see Brandi for highlights for about eight years now. Even after moving to Waco, I have literally drive three hours for an 8:30 AM appointment for her. I tried to get my highlights done by a well known salon in Waco with a stylist that had the best reviews for highlights but ended up with a platinum/ashy blonde even though I told the stylist before she started, I hated platinum hair and wanted a bright yellow blonde. So now, I will only go to Brandi because she is One of the kindest people I have ever met, and is the only person that can take my dark brown hair and turn Into a beautiful buttery blonde after just one appointment. She was recommended to me by my boss a couple years ago, she was always coming in with the most vibrantly colored masterpieces and considering she had red, thick and kinky curly hair.. I was blown away. If you want highlights or color Brandi is the BEST. Here is a before and after from my last appointment. I haven’t been able to get highlights or anything done with my hair and over a year, so I was absolutely shocked that she was able to make my hair look so beautifully blonde.
