We recommend TCS Flooring without reservation! We had them in to renovate our kitchen and guest bathroom and they did a fantastic job! We had a new backsplash in the kitchen, new quartz countertops and new floor tile. In our guest bathroom we had them install a counter-to-ceiling backsplash, and they did a great job! They were easy to work with and made good recommendations regarding the sinks and faucets we wanted, and met or exceeded every expectation we had! Chris Gladden is the manager and he was such a pleasure to work with, and all of the TCS people were great, skilled and they cleaned up after their work. Chris (not Gladden) and Tod were the tile setters and they are absolutely the most professional craftsmen I have experienced! They also repaired a brick facade issue and an interior half wall, including texturing and painting, call them if you want a quality, first rate job!

We had a fantastic experience with TCS In Huntsville, TX! The manager, Chris Gladden did everything promised and went above and beyond our expectations! In our kitchen we replaced the backsplash tile, our counter tops and our floor tile. In our guest bathroom we added a counter-to-ceiling backsplash with a scalloped tile design. The workers were all very polite and cleaned up after the work, and the tile setters, Chris (not the manager) and Tod were exceptionally skilled craftsmen who genuinely cared about the finished product as much as we did! We recommend the company without hesitation. We felt confident from the moment that we entered their store that if we did business with them they would do the job right and to our satisfaction, and they did!

Very unhappy with the installation. They purchased a piece of granite that was too small for the space and had to put seams at unacceptable places. When they came out a second time to try to conceal the seams, they did not bring out the proper equipment to fix part of the problem and made the acceptable seams stand out like a sore thumb. Would never recommend them.

TCS is a great flooring store. For all your flooring, kitchen and bath tile needs. Ask for Brandon or any of there staff. They are all wonderful and experienced in the flooring.

Fantastic experience!! Everybody from our sales person to the scheduler to the installers were great! Brandon helped us pick the perfect stone, came out and measured right away and got us pricing that was fantastic. The installers showed up when they said they would and were incredibly polite and professional. Overall couldn't be happier with the experience and results. Highly recommend

The 4 guys sent to our home today were SO amazing. They were on their “A” game, to say the least. They were HARD workers, professional, personable, and did an outstanding job. We were both so VERY impressed. We have decided that, when funds allow, we will have your team come back and do our master bedroom and master closet.

Poor customer service. Missed deadlines. Over ordered supplies which cost us several hundred dollars when we are on a fixed income. If you use this company be prepared to micromanage your project. Though we were satisfied with the workmanship, working with this company was not worth the end result

Chris came out to measure but apparently forgot to turn in my information to the office. I drove 30 minutes to choose a carpet. While the gal in the showroom was friendly, she didn't know much about the products offered including warranty. I selected a fabric and she promised to call me on Monday when she got my measurements from Chris and had additional information on the products. No one called me back, so I moved on. Had my carpet installed by Houston Flooring Warehouse within 2 weeks of my call. Call them instead.

Well we tried to do business locally. Purchased $4k from these people. Tile installer over ordered. We asked if we could return the remaining. Was told "no". Called back and was told yes but would have to pay restocking fee. Finally agreed. They say d they would have to check if that was ok. Takes forever to get a response. Finally they called back, but because it took them weeks to figure it out, it is now past the 30 return so the answer is "no" again. If you are in the store they are very nice and prompt. If you are waiting for them to get back with you, well don' hold your breath. It will be a week or more if you are purchasing and 2-3 weeks if at all if you have a return. This allows them to go past the 30 days and you are out. Would not recommend doing business here ever.
