They price the grooming for our dog at $53 then they add on a scissors fee of $7 and a materials fee of $6! Then they ask if I want to leave the groomer a tip. I said sure if you knock off those ridiculous fees. Petco is ripping people off with these fees.

Too few employees, had to search and wait "forever" for help. Employees were nice, polite and willing to help. Just another example of upper management choosing to reduce labor costs, at the expense of customer satisfaction.

Good staff, great place to buy products for your animals, just do your research before you buy an animal from PetCo, pets martin, or any other big chain. Chances are, there is a good breeder located locally that used more care and takes more pride in their product. This petco was awesome and is a great place to get supplies. Just do your research and buy animals elsewhere.
Fun fact: if you come across an animal that is really sick or injured at petco, as about rescuing them for free. Tell them what is wrong with the animal, why they need special care, and how you plan on providing that care. Good luck!

My first time there and it was not so good. The check out line was very long with 2 talkative cashier's who appeared to be in no apparent speed to assist with moving the libe along at all. We had to hunt down help to assist with purchasing fish, when he finally came he did however, apologize for the wait. He was very attentive to what I needed help with and even spared me the misery of purchasing my fish too soon. It was an overall ok first time.

I come here for everything dog related! Toys, treats, food, grooming, and training. The trainer Kaylee knows so much about her companions and has taught my girlfriend and I so much with how to raise our fur baby. She seems passionate about what she does, and I wouldn't ask for any other trainer. I definitely recommend stopping by for all your pet needs.
