Pedicure guy doesn't speak English but, mutters under his breath stuff in his language. He acts like he's hates what he's doing besides snatching the price sheet out of my hand and tossing it in his tray. The worst is the place never uses sterilized clippers. I have witnessed him and other workers go from one person to another using the same clippers without getting any new sterilized clippers. It's a haven for toe nail fungus!!

Came in for a fill and trim, didnt take but 5 min.. it’s the most mediocre job i have gotten. Ive come to perfect nail for a few visits. Had a great time with their staff but today nails came out bubbly and crusty, i get its not a high priced service but quality could be better. Should i have made them fix it? Yes.. however doing it correct the first time would bring in more clients. I recommend working with Ben. He always makes sure your nails are clean, precise and done well first time around.

Perfect Nails is an old school nail salon where they don't take appointments, but they were able to take my mom and I in the second we walked in the door. They have multiple nail techs working. I loved that the technician asked me what color I wanted and after I picked it out, she swatched it on my nail. She swatched 3 because i didn't like the original one. She asked me how the shape was a few times. It was very quick. The technician was warm and funny. $30 for a shellac manicure.

The couple of times that I was being lazy and didn’t wanna make the trip over there , let’s just say it took me a year to get my eyebrows back in order!!!!!!!!!(?

If I can give 0 stars I will customer service was shitty and the freaking gay man told me I'm sorry I cannot do your nails because he charged me and my friend different prices for the same thing so I called him out on it so he didn't continue I don't recommend no one can explain to me the price difference or no one came and spoke to me in the end to try resolve . Not offered water or anything, everyone acting as if they don't know what I'm asking. Area is clean just wanted a better experience

I love this place. Pheobe does a great job and is very friendly and funny. The last time I went in I wasn't sure what I wanted and I asked her to choose for me and she did a great job. I will continue to go here. It's a great place to get your nails done.

Do not go here. I went in to get a pedicure and as soon as I sat down, the guy (old with glasses) started rushing everything. My friend was getting her toes done next to me and even though I started getting them done after her, I finished before her. The guy was so rough with my legs. I had a couple of bruises on them and he was pressing down as hard as he could. He didn’t even paint my toes correctly, and he didn’t take off the excess paint that was on my skin. Im pretty sure I’m going to have a couple of more bruises on my leg. Definitely not worth the $30.

My nails were rushed and within 5 days my nails looked like I had them for 3 weeks. I didn’t not enjoy my pedicure the man rushed on my toes and he was way to rough and the chair was uncomfortable I do not recommend. 0/10 experienceServices: Foot massages

Place is filthy. Old nail dust and powder caked on to every surface. They'll even sit you down at a station with nail clippings from the previous customer. Worst pedicure. Got up and my legs and feet were drier than when I first sat down and I even paid extra for a deluxe service.

i’ve went there twice and my nails last me about as long as dollar tree press ons. and the second time i went i was charged and extra $5 for “shaping” which is supposed to come with the service and the gel ALWAYS comes off at the tips

I came in for a pedicure and when I sat down the women a few chairs down was telling her nail tech that she just saw him use the same utensils on the man next to her. Sure enough my nail tech did the same thing! I'm so used to going to places that pull ALL the utensils out of a blue bag but that was not the case here. The manager who is known for her attitude, came over and said "Well if you don't like it here then go somewhere else!" I was shocked! I would not recommend coming here. Someone needs to put the manager in check!
