I came to pay my phone bill and the schedule said that the store closed at 7:00 pm and I arrived at 6:00 in the afternoon and it was already closed, they waste your time

Usually helpful if you know to ask the right questions.....which I didn't and found out day after I bought new phone No Returns or Exchange unless I change my number. On this phone All Sales Final. Crummy deal & underhanded.

So Last week i went to Pay my phone Bill and the guy that work's in their was really rude and this other lady that also works in there was trying to help me and he told her i don't think you know what you are doing and then he started bragging about he gets paid more then any body that used to work there.

Went in to make a payment,I made it very clear that I only wanted to make a payment but the guy kept on and on about getting a upgrade. I had to say no several times to a upgrade or newer phone,I was pushed for time as it was and this took up more time. Only thing I had was a hundred dollar bill, and the guy asked if I had change, in which I didn't, and he got annoyed and frustrated because all I had was the one bill and took more of my time. I've never been so disrespected and it was very unprofessional very. I will never go back and tell others not to use said location.

The worst experience I have ever had with metro. Not only did they give us a new I phone that didn’t work, but they tried to charge us to fix it, and then they give us a phone that was refurbished 2 other times. We denied the phone and insisted we get a brand new I phone because that’s what we paid for. We waited over a month for them to give us a new i-phone and they had one in stock the entire time. They then decided to cut our lines after paying over 2000 dollars for brand new phones. We had to wait till the manager paid for the connection himself to get everything back to normal.It’s ridiculous that the company tried to give us refurbished I phone pro Max’s. I could not believe I had to wait overnight to get my phone calls. Worst company. Worst customer service. The manager tried his best but he really tried to charge us initially for connection fees and all the extra stuff. In the end we made sure to get our new phone, connection, service and glass screen protector with no charges. I will not be going back to any of his locations. I’d rather drive over an hour to Houston to get my phone situations fix next time.
