What a fantastic experience. One of the best customer service in Texas. That's saying a lot. The salesman took his time and explained all options with us. He was the only person there and he handled it great. I give this salesman an A+++. Being from the service industry, I had to sit and watch him handle the customer he was with and made sure we knew he wanted our business.

We were greeted by Kar apon entering the store.
We told him our sleep posture so he could recommend the best choice. He did just that. We tried out several choices along with different pillows. We were very happy with the total experience. Thanks Kar!!
