I can only give 4 stars and here is why. Been using this company for a while and every time they charge me a gratuity of 15%. I asked the driver (several different drivers in fact) and the consensus was that the gratuity does NOT go to the drivers as a tip... So keep that in mind. I will be tipping cash from now on. The drivers have been most excellent at courtesy and promptness. The cars have been clean and well maintained.

Very nice driver but limo is in bad condition. Do not pay for this place unless you are desperate. They are any less expensive than a nicer, newer limo. We truly wanted to write a good review but I want to warn people that spend their hard earned money to not use this company.

I wasn't visiting then, but back in November, arranged for my sister to be taken to Bush Intercontinental. Driver arrived promptly, dressed beautifully, car immaculate, & he was professional, courteous, personable, kind, & delivered her to the airport well in time for her flight. Love this limo service!!!

My wife and I recently used Lone Star for our wedding day transportation needs. They came recommended by our wedding coordinator. That was a mistake. We booked a bus to transport our wedding party during the day, and we also booked our getaway car with them. The bus and getaway car were wonderful. HOWEVER, the communication with Lone Star is beyond horrible. During the booking process we had trouble getting a hold of them at times. They will not respond to emails, and multiple phone calls have to be made to get in contact with them. When we booked our bus, we gave them a specific, wedding designated credit card to charge this to. After the wedding, I discovered that they charged this to my personal credit card. I have made several attempts to contact them and get these charges reversed and onto the correct card, but as expected, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Do not use them unless you enjoy poor communication, and unresolved billing issues.
