Not sure if my salesman was up for working today. I had a 4:00 appointment and I'm only giving 3 stars because the receptionist was amazing. I don't even know the guys name. I have amazing credit, I told him I had been approved at AutoNation but didn't feel like driving that far .... I told him several times to tell me more about the vehicles and he kept giving me the year make and model. I told him I'm self employed but my bank statements were in my purse if he wanted to see them.... (No response) I mentioned that my husband was out of town and just told me to get a reasonable vehicle since mine was in the shop ... (no response). I told him the car must have a back up camera and clearly he didn't listen because the first one he showed me didn't have it out of the 3 vehicles. Then when I didn't like any cars of them his only response was why not get a new car... when he should have been proactive and had the new car keys with him. He could have had a sale today but I guess I am going to make this drive to the other dealership.

Justin in the parts department has been such a help to me and my family. We are from Florida and we were broke down In the hotel parking lot for almost a week. He virtually walked me through how to rebuild my engine in my Toyota Tacoma over the phone. He has got to be the most patient and knowledgeable parts guy I’ve ever dealt with.I have a bunch of friends and family in the area and they will be shopping here for years to come.

Recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership. Our sales rep - Alex - was great to work with! He was personable and just a joy to work with. I know this is the norm with dealership - but would have preferred to get financing numbers based on my interest rates and down payment etc. I kept receiving numbers based on estimates - it would have been better to provide real data based on my purchase and interest rates. Have now bought two vehicles from this Purdy group and overall experience has been positive.

I am almost annoyed at how good and easy it was working with this dealership.... Jon Ortega is great, honest, and was super easy to work with and Chris in Finance (usually where deals start to stink) was a downright pleasure. After having a non warm and fuzzy at Gullo in Conroe, I continue to search for my elusive hybrid vehicle. Enter Jon Oretga. Jon's a young guy. But he seems to be honest and nice and He was the only dealership that actually was able to get to me the vehicle that I wanted in a decent amount of time which I know is somewhat has to do with luck but the thing about it was he kept me informed ablet me informed about the vehicle the entire time which was one of my issues with the Conroe dealership. Before we got there he tried to also do as much as he could to make sure that we weren't there for hours upon hours. I absolutely never walked away from a dealership being like d*** I actually enjoyed that experience but I really did. When we got to the finance part I am absolutely never looking forward to that because you know everyone is trying to sell you on warranties and additional add ons. And not going to lie I absolutely did end up getting something. The reason why I did so which is probably one of the 1st times I've ever done so in my life is because of Chris he was great he explained everything he was nobias and he had lots of patience when I was breaking out my handwritten math and calculator. Again a really fantastic experience was a straight shooter but a really nice person to work with. They may not be the cheapest but I will say I truly am happy that I choose the dealership. Btw and weird to say but their bathrooms are so nice.

Rick the service agent was pleasent and did what I asked. Brandon, the technician, checked the car out and performed the TSB I asked for. Car runs like a champ now.
