Great bank! Love the hours and location. Today I was helped by the Branch Manager Diego Morales and he was very kind and friendly. He took his time to sit me down n explain what was going on with my checking account. He also was very patient helping me understand how to log into my mobile app and even helping me activate my debit card. Thank you so much Diego for taking time out of your day to assist me. I will be coming only to this branch heading forward

I can’t remember his name, but the assistant manager is literally the best. Was able to help my friend when another bank tried to lie to us. He’s amazing! He went above and beyond for us!

If I could give this bank no stars I would, not only do they run around the store constantly imploring you to open an account but their fees are outrageous, at the first opportunity they have no problem asking for your Social Security number but when you ask in return what they will be needing it for they refuse to answer, or they give you a half jacked answer that makes no sense. They also do not honor their commitments to customers holding visa cards if you do not have an account with them they will not let you withdraw money from your Visa card unless you provide them with your Social Security number which they have no purpose for, if I can withdraw money from an ATM without using my Social Security number why do I need my Social Security number to withdraw money from the bank. It makes no sense and it sounds like a scam do not give them your Social Security number bank elsewhere!!! Don’t think if you have a letter from visa stating that they must honor your account and allow you to withdraw money that still does not work they do not honor this agreement with visa.

I have been a member of this bank for years. It is very convenient for me. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And they are open on Sunday! They are open most holidays as well.

The first day I went up there a woman transferred my money from my old card on to my new card with out a problem. I didn’t get my direct deposit slip in soon enough so I went up there yesterday and they told me they couldn’t transfer my money because the card THEY gave me didn’t have a chip. But why could they do it when I first set up the account ?

Whatever you do do not bank here , they will wait 4 to 5 days to post transactions then when you no longer have the money available they will charge you 34 $ fee. But when making deposits they go through within 24 hours . Seems like they set it up this way purposely and make money off of college students be ware!
