The staff is really helpful and friendly and should get 5 stars for customer service. My shipping experience gets 1 star. My time-sensitive delivery shipped 4 days late after paying for express shipping. The package would probably still be sitting on the shelf had I not called to ask why the tracking showed it hadn’t left. Like I said, really nice people but there needs to be a more reliable system to make sure all packages are leaving the facility.
