Ordered online and went to pick up. I've paid and they have the items. They tell me the staging barcode is messed up (the barcode for the place they are supposed to put pick up orders I think) and they can't fix it. Never coming back.

The laziest store ever. They always only have one person working and since they got the u-scan installed in the store, that one person working there is always in the break room doing nothing. The one checkout counter that should have a worker checking customers out always has the lane closed thing on it and I rarely ever see a worker checking customers out. You can’t bring your bags or purses into the store because they’re too cheap to afford to fix their security system by the door and they can’t afford any ac. The store is always hotter than a crackhouse. Ppl in line are always sweating, barely alive due to the heat and the liens are long due to the one person who came into work that day being lazy and doing the bare minimum. I hate this store.

Old white lady working 7/3/23 evening needs to be fired. She literally walked around eating instead of checking people out. There was a long line of people forced to use the self checkout machine. There was an elderly gentleman, cane literally falling over trying to figure out how to use the self checkout while she walked back & forth eating.This old crazy lady let a couple people more people use the self checkout & then decides to open up the register??. How could you watch someone struggle with a cane, eat & front of them then decide to open the register once the line from self checkout went down. Bless her old heart

Items are usually out of stock and they depend wholeheartedly on self-checkout. Extremely disappointed!

I would advance everyone to go to a different store. I have never seen so many unprofessional people. They are only there for a paycheck. it is always dirty in there. The DM needs to do a surprise visit. So, they can see how bad it is in this store. They don't care if the customer has anything they need or not. Everytime, you go in there is merchandise setting all over the allies on carts. Every time I go in there to get stuff for my customers they are out or it is not available. I would suggest going to any one of them in Huntsville except this store. All the other stores are nice and clean. This store is located on Sam Houston St.
