They take longer to make a payment and was not happy when they wouldn't sell me a phone bc my ID expired in April and I didn't know but they have been accepting that same ID the last two months when I make a payment. I have been a customer for over 5 years now! And the worker knows me bc he accepts my payments every month.

Went to add my girlfriends line to my account and get her a new phone. We were helped by Savon Johnnson who was very polite and knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible and keep it within my budget. He even helped with the set up of the phone and made sure everything was working properly before we left. Overall a great experience.

I should have never went into this store for a simple cell phone carrier switch and wanting to purchase a portable wifi hub for my home and service, that was on July 2nd, 2020. I was double charged $257 after I repeatedly told the person working there that my payment went through because the keypad said APPROVED and told me to remove my card but the clerk working there argued with me and kept telling me that I had hit the wrong button and that my payment didn't go through the FIRST TIME even though i repeatedly told him that it DID. And pointed out that if i did it AGAIN that i would get charged AGAIN but they insisted that i would not be charged more than once, well i WAS. It is now July 6th 4 days later and I STILL have not received a refund for my $257 plus that i was charged TWICE for and when i went back to the store today they told me to come back again tomorrow after waiting there for almost two hours. And what i was given as a receipt had absolutely NO TOTAL SALES AMOUNT ANYWHERE ON IT and could see where it was torn off right after it showed the cell service i purchased and even THAT was wrong! I told the guy that i wanted something WITH MORE HOTSPOT than i already had and he apparently gave me the plan with NO HOTSPOT AT ALL, but then STILL charged me around $64.00 even though he only gave me the $50.00 service plan! This is the WORST customer service and cell phone store that I've ever been to, I strongly advise against visiting or purchasing ANYTHING from THIS STORE and if you do, make SURE that everything is correct with your account AND Items purchased and the total amount they charge you. After i was asked to come back AGAIN tomorrow, i went out to my car and started to add up the items that WAS on the receipt before it was torn off and kept coming to a total of $222.57.... So apparently they CHARGED ME $35 for the activation fee of the WRONG SERVICE PLAN and today (the 6th), when i asked about the portable wifi for my home that i WAS TOLD to come back and PICK UP the next day (the 3rd), the clerk looked at me like he had NO CLUE of what i was talking about or ANY MEMORY of me even ORDERING IT and when i mentioned to him that he told me to come back and get it he didn't even acknowledge that i was speaking. Which makes me pretty sure that the next thing they are going to tell me is that i never ordered OR even PAID for it, and if that DOES happen to be the case. . . i swear. . . (-Grrr) So please, do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR IN MY CASE EVEN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU SHOULD HAVE SPENT FOR ITEMS AND SERVICES THAT YOU NEVER EVEN RECEIVED OR WANTED TO BEGIN WITH!
