This place could be so much more but. It is kinda run down. When I lived there any repairs that were needed I had to do myself because. Management never got around to it. The barn/arena with a little TLC could be great, but almost no repairs are ever done there

The staff is super friendly. If I had to recommend a place to live, train or stable your horses I'd definitely recommend them.

If you’re looking for a quiet, homey place to live, this is it. I rented a duplex unit from them for 2 1/2 years and have never missed a place I’ve rented, but I know I will miss living at Cowboy Country. The management is amazing and will fix any problem in a timely manner or keep you in the loop if they are physically unable to get someone out that moment. We had our AC go out one morning and they immediately offered to install a window unit for us over night until it could be fixed that next day. Luckily the technicians were able to come out but either way, Cowboy Country was going to make sure we were comfortable. We also loved the outdoor set up they have since there’s a few fields, long crape myrtle lined driveway, and beautiful large live oak trees you can walk around and see! We did not keep a horse with them so I can’t speak for the stalls but it looked like if you did, you’d have everything you’d need! They are also very dog friendly! I highly recommend this place and hope Cowboy Country keeps up the good work!
