Went this past Friday to buy a sedan and must say staff was awesome from the meet & greetings coming in. Sir Tim and his son Sir Chance took very professional good care of me from A to Z. Were very upfront with the whole buying process and easy to work with. Extremely happy and most definitely No pressure and highly recommend. Inventory was very presentable and upfront with vehicle history. Thank you all very much and great local dealership to buy.

2 lemons in a row. Yes. 2.
Car problems were known about both times prior to sale. Not passed on to the buyer.
Not worth the story. Don't buy here. It's a simple as that. Kind front desk people don't make up for shady actions in the back.
If you do decide to buy from there, get a third party mechanic and do a CARMAX report on any vehicle before you sign anything.
Read the reviews. This isn't a 1 time thing. It's a known issue.

We were very pleasantly surprised at the number of vehicles that were reasonably priced. We found a great SUV at a great price. We felt no pressure and Tim is friendly and very helpful. Charlie's was the first and only place we looked. The staff was great as well.

I've been in a few times over the past month looking at cars and discussing options before finally pulling the trigger and pulling off the lot with a vehicle. This place is very transparent about pricing, financing, and the overall process. When you walk in, you get that small town car dealership feel. They're family owned and locally owned. Their prices are fair and the service is excellent. They offer in-house financing with low rates and low down payments. Monthly payments are cheaper or comparable to most dealerships. They don't oush you or pressure you to buy anything like the big box dealerships do.If you're in the market for a car, truck, or suv; stop in and see what they have to offer. You won't be disappointed!

This place is a sorry excuse for an automotive shop. They break more than they fix and do not install parts correctly. The owner can not spell customer service let alone provide it

Been buying cars from Charlie's Used Cars for 30 years. Never had a problem . Recently bought an 18000 dollar car. Something was wrong with the engine from the start. Within 2 weeks there was an oil leak I kept smelling oil. I took it back twice telling them it smelled like burning oil. One man said he had allergies and couldn't smell anything. Other man said "no, nuthin wrong with it" The transmission was slipping I told them that as well "we reset the transmission, nuthin wrong with it" I took it back a third time after it wouldn't go in reverse. It also made a SLAMMING noise while on the freeway from the transmission. They just said it's too bad. DONT BUY FROM CHARLIES. THEY SELL LEMONS AND PUT YOU OFF WHILE ITS UNDER THE 2 MONTH WARRANTY. And then tell you too bad after the 2 month warranty. An 18000 dollar lemon.

I have purchased several vehicles paid in full over the last eight years. Things aren't the same since Charlie passed. So sad. They officially lost my business today and can keep their jank car too.Beware of this place. Larry's picture is in the dictionary next to the word "Sketchy".

Now that I've had the car for 3+ months I feel like I can leave a thorough review... I purchased a 2018 Buick. The salesman was very kind, professional, and personable. The car was missing the owners manual and he promptly ordered one and notified me when it arrived. After having the car for a week, the water pump went out and needed to be replaced under warranty (still cost me $150). 2 of the tire had leaks and I took care of those because when I took it to the tire shop, they couldn't plug them because there were already plugs in the tires. Today, the check engine light came on due to a faulty sensor. The dealer said the car was "accident free" but after driving it and getting more familiar with it, there is orange peel in some of the paint and I can see some bondo feathering under the paint. Paying over $20,000 for a car I expected better.
