I recently bought 2 pair of wrangler jeans at this location for a total sum of $83.76. I asked the lady helping me how much shrinkage I could expect. She said just a little. When I washed/rinsed them in cold water ,the waist and length shrank @ 1 inch each. That is not a little. I returned to this location this morning to try a larger sized was told I could not return them because they had been washed. Not only am I out the cost of the jeans I can't wear them. For this reason I will no longer shop at cavenders and would not recommend them to anyone else. I rated them a 1 because there was no 0.

Cavender's in Huntsville is a great business and supporter of our community. They donate boots for local charities' auctions such as our local Saafe House and local rodeo fundraisers. Great customer service and products as well! Great company!

Negative stars is not an option. I went in there looking for a certain pair of jeans. All I got was hi how are you. Not may I help you, I was looking a jeans and the 2ngirls behind the counter were talking about wtfe and I was the only 1 in the store. And after 10 mins looking around and not finding what I wanted and didn't want to interrupt their conversation. I left and will not step foot back in there again. Boot barn it is from here on out!!

Horrible! Emailed questioning where my online order was and instead of any kind of response they just cancelled my whole order! 11 days before Christmas! They can't even explain to me why they cancelled my order just that they did! And when I ask I am told they dont know why and they will not honor the price I paid... 60$ difference!!! the item is in stock I made sure... they will only give me 10% off now!! 11 days before Christmas!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I will never buy from your store ever!!!!! Not that you care!!!!
