I've been going here for some yrs. I've never really seen anyone being rude, and as I read in one of the other reviews. Rude to white people? I've never seen that. I love all the people that work there. They have helped me when I moved here to Huntsville Texas back 4 yrs ago.

I have clothed my family and friends with this store for the last 20 years plus. I appreciate the care they put into keeping it clean and organized.
The donations are never wasted and it all goes to the community unless someone buys to sell online.

Do not recommend them and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. And I see it's a Religious organization asking Clients from safe houses who just experienced devastating horrible trauma to give an additional 100 if I had that laying around I wouldn't have been calling.

They have a lot of really cute stuff but they are very rude especially towards white people. Among other things they are not very friendly and they do a wonderful job at turning people away.

Very unprofessional. Greedy and unwilling to help . I thought that was their purpose, but apparently it’s to resale free donated goods in their shop and pocket the money because it sure isn’t given to people in need of the community . Someone needs to do something about the woman in charge here . I bet if u opened her bank account and books there’d be someone in trouble !! And they delete bad reviews . So unprofessional

Horrible people. They don’t want to help anyone. Just take donations and make money for themselves. Refused to help senior citizen and disabled toddler with their electric. And when we tried to call back they ignored phone call and then blocked us. Really needs new management!!

I LOOOOVE these ladies. All of them. I have been shopping there since I was a teenager and they had their old building next to it.And Im almost 50 now! I feel like they are my family. Great prices, plenty of treasures to find! I donate only to them because they actually HELP the community. I cant say enough good things about the women and men that work here. I always forget they are closed on Mondays tho lol

The manager was a nice lady. Her employee is not. I have a legit psychiatric service animal. The employee yelled at me across the room asking if he was a service animal. When I said yes, and she asked to see his service animal collar or vest. I told her it's not required of me and it is illegal for her to ask for proof. I used to like this place. Now I will be reporting the to the ADA .

Resale store that has quite a bit of things people may want. But can't afford at a name brands store. Many that came in, left with an over size bag of clothes.Very friendly staff. Straight forward like being at home with mom.
