Worst ford dealership for repairs. I made an online appointment. When I got to the dealership I was told they don’t do appointments for repairs online or over phone. Yet they have that service on the website. They couldn’t even call to notify me they don’t do appointments. You must leave the car with no time frame. I left and got a same day appointment at Conroe Ford. Such a different experience in Conroe, it was 5 star. The service provider came out to my car and kept me updated with phone calls.

Leased an F150 lightning. Did all the paperwork digitally. Mike Reilly and the rest of the team were excellent to deal with. No nonsense, great deal. Definitely, no bull!

I want to say thank you very much to the general manager David told who assisted me with a very small issue and certainly showed why this is such a great dealership to do business with. They are small town and certainly show the dignity and respect to their customers in helping them make the right choices for their vehicles as well as for their maintenance needs. so go out and see my friend and general manager.
David thank you very much for taking care of this disabled veterans daughter and allowing her the opportunity to get the dream vehicle that she wanted as a college student. Thank you again.

So thankful for Corie in the service department for getting my car in in a crunch when my coolant hose burst before the weekend began with three littles.

Do not take your vehicle in for repairs. My son was told that it would take a week to look at it and a week to fix it. 2 months later and it still hasn't been fixed. Every time my wife calls, she gets the run around and excuse after excuse. NOW, they admit to be months behind. Manager is never there. Luckily for them, we live in the Austin area and haven't been able to go there ourselves.

I made an appointment this morning and they had the vehicle I inquired about out in front ready for me to take a look at.

We went to bill fick due to a long time history of hearing how wonderful they were to work with (we have always been Ram owners though). We decided to make to switch to Ford so figured we would go here first. To make a long story short we test drove 1 that was a fresh trade in (like still had the individuals mail and trash all over the floorboard fresh) and it had some questionable wobbling but the sales guy assured us service was going to go through it and that he could take a pic of our credit card and would write on it that the deal is pending. Few weeks went by with no word and then we noticed the truck was taken off their website so we reached out to ask and were THEN informed someone else bought it while in service..... to me thats just completley unacceptable. Reached out to a different sales person to try and find what we were looking for and never even got a reply. Guess you budget needs to be over 80K for them to even want to help you. Very disappointing.

One of the most offensive and disappointing interactions I've had with a dealership. I should have known better than to go in there as I've had two other bad experiences with them in the past. Last week they lowballed me on my truck by 15K less than the lowest trade in value on Carfax, KBB, AND two offers I already had from Charlies Used Cars and Enterprise. All this after making me sit for an hour while poking around in my truck and "making some calls". I was there in my scrubs after work and the salesman had the gall to try and lie to me about the Carfax report and accuse me of lying in the same sentence not realizing I had already paid for a report on my own truck... Way to treat the healthcare professionals in your community... Theres a big difference between making a good profit on a trade in and flat out criminal thievery. If you don't do your due diligence before going in there they wont think twice about putting you in a seriously compromising financial situation and robbing you blind. I'm ashamed this kind of business is operating in my home town.

**Bill Fick Ford in Huntsville, Texas - A Cautionary Tale**
If I could give no stars I would.
I recently had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Bill Fick Ford in Huntsville, Texas. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a 4-hour ordeal, filled with empty promises and blatant attempts to take advantage of a customer.
First and foremost, the time I spent there was absurd. Despite assurances that everything would be handled efficiently, I ended up sitting around for over four hours. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of respect for the customer's time.
The financing process was where things truly went downhill. I put down a substantial $8,000 and received over $15,000 for my trade-in. Yet, somehow, I ended up signing for an amount significantly higher than the truck's sticker price. This felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Instead of offering a fair deal, the financing department seems more interested in exploiting customers.
Adding to the frustration, the staff at Bill Fick Ford give the impression that they are there to help. In reality, their primary goal is to maximize their profit, often at the customer's expense. The prices of their trucks are inflated, not reflecting the true value of the vehicles. This predatory pricing strategy further underscores their lack of genuine customer care.
Moreover, the warranty offered was shockingly inadequate. Most vehicles come with a standard 100,000-mile coverage, but the warranty at Bill Fick Ford only goes up to 60,000 miles. This is far below industry standards and further highlights their disregard for customer satisfaction and long-term support.
In conclusion, my experience at Bill Fick Ford was deeply disappointing. It's clear that their focus is no longer on helping families afford reliable vehicles, but rather on maximizing their profit, often at the customer's expense. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Bill Fick Ford, I strongly advise you to think twice and consider all your options. This dealership is more interested in getting one over on you than providing a fair and honest service.

We had the worst experience at the Bill Flick Ford. Initially we were told the repairs to our car would only take 4 to 5 days. After over 3 weeks, and multiple calls everyday we finally were able to pick up our 2021 explorer. The repairs they said that were completed, were not fixed. We called back, and they told us we would have to pay to get it fixed. This is after they told us they already fixed it. We will never return back.

Probably one of the best dealerships we have been to yet by far. Very transparent, upfront and quick. No waiting around and friendly service. Amber was our sales associate and worked with us as best as she could.
We did walk away, but highly recommend them if you are in the area looking for something. Thank you Amber for being wonderful!
