These guys were great. The guy at the cash register stopped me on my way in and asked me what I needed. He looked it up and went and grabbed it off the shelf. From the time I parked until I was back to my car, maybe four minutes. Very helpful people.

I just left AutoZone where Diamond and Michael provided me exceptional service. I was having issues with my windshield wipers and they came out and assisted me in the rain. I will definitely continue to give my business to AutoZone.

Wow!! Wow!! Great staff! Especially Eve. She helped me change my light bulbs out of a very small car. A Hyundai Veloster. She did a very good job making sure my lights work before I leave the store!! Please give this store a visit!

The man with the arm tattoos and earrings was very rude and very unhelpful when it came to returning a part because it did not fit, very rude, very disrespectful, throwing things around like a toddler.

Very unhelpful and not understanding or willing to help. Shop at O’Reillys just down the street. They were helpful, understanding, patient, kind and willing to do the right thing to fit my needs. I appreciate the help I deserve at O’Reillys.

I'll totally never go to the store after what happened to my wife just now. What goes in to purchase a wiper blade as a former employee and my teenage years would always go install no matter what the weather was outside. Yes it's raining outside but I didn't know their employees were made of sugar. I'm totally disappointed in the manager for not showing them the Wittgtjd. What it takes to get the job done mentality, the mirror image. Very ashamed of this store

My grandson had serious problem last week. His truck wouldn't start without a battery jump. He managed to get his truck to the AutoZone store 30 minutes before closing time. Diamond took the time to test the battery. The test showed that the battery needed to be replaced. Diamond stayed after closing time to replace the battery. My grandson did not have enough money to pay for the battery that night, so he called me. Diamond explained the situation to me and was willing to go through the process which allowed me to pay for the battery over the phone. Thanks to Diamond, my grandson was able to drive his truck home and have it available for his job and for school. During the entire process, Diamond was extremely polite and professional. AutoZone should be very proud to be represented by such an exceptional employee.
