“We stopped at Steve's because we had gotten a hitch and trailer from Uhaul and they attached our hitch wrong. We didn't find out till mile 50 of a 2000 mile move. We stopped by Steve's and they were able to attach the hitch right and had us out and back on the road in no time. Very friendly, very fast, and very well priced. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

He virtually walked me through how to rebuild my engine in my Toyota Tacoma over the phone. “They offer more services than change oil at a cost. They were fast once the car was put in shop. One employee didn't put the oil filter on correctly causing leaking. The oil light came on pretty quickly. I drove back to Jiffy Lube and they got on the problem quickly and found the problem. They fixed it and quickly refilled the oil and fixed oil filter. They apologized very sincerely. Gave a 25% coupon to me for next oil change. I was impressed with their professionalism.”
