Randy does a really good job at providing top of the line customer service. It’s not office hours to him. He doesn’t mind assisting his residents when it’s convenient for them also. He’s gone above to help me get transitioned in the right unit. I appreciate the service that I get from Ace Storage in Huntsville & Randy.

I would 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone who asked. For starters, the service was fanamel. They didn't have the room size that I wanted at first but as soon as someone moved out, they called immediately. The storage rooms were super clean and the tenant was super helpful.

Please do not use this facility. We had a cargo trailer that was stored out there and it was broken into. The trailer door was damaged as well as stuff from inside stolen. Just found out they knew about it happening back in February and we were never contacted. They tried to say that due to new owners they didn't know who the trailer belonged to but they did, cuz I told them when I had to transfer payment information. Or at least they took my money. They were able to contact me when rent went up but not when this happened. The previous owners were amazing but these new ones not so much!

I called them at 7pm, and a lady answered the phone with a "yeah?" And I asked "is this Ace Self Storage?" And she said "yeah, but we close at 8" I asked if they had any units available, she said "we are open until 7 in the morning until 8 at night" I said "well its 7 right now" and she rudely told me their hours again, after that I told them that I do not want to do business with them, and hung up
