Jim at the shotgun desk was extremely helpful. This is the second Franchi shotgun I've bought at Ables. Both purchases were well below MSRP. Well stocked store, literally everything an outdoorman needs. I drive an hour to get their great prices and knowledgeable expert service. I got a Franchi Upland Elite 12/28.
