Let me tell you, this was an amazing experience!! I walked in feeling horrible about a rock hitting my windshield on 45, but Daniel made my day so much better! I actually walked out with a smile on my face because there are still people in the world that are as passionate as I am about their job. Daniel was welcoming and educated me on the windshield process while making me feel comfortable. Thank you Able Glass(to all the workers)!

Did not clean up all the glass they left in the bed of my truck.. after replacing my window. Also broke my passenger side mirror idk why they would even mess with it.. but now on a brand new f250 the mirror does not work.. do not recommend!

Able glass goes above and beyond. My hood flew up out of nowhere and smashed my windshield in. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Not only did they replace windshield but they help r me fix my hood. They have over - reasonable prices, they could charge you WAY more, but they don't. They genuinely want to help you, and don't want to break your break your bank while they do so. If you are in Huntsville and need anything glass related repaired, go to able glass, they will take great care of you.

Visited Able Glass 8/22/22. Provided all necessary info to replace cracked windshield on 2022 Chrysler 300. Told it would have to be ordered, should be received the next day, & I would be notified when to bring in my car. After no call, I returned to Able Glass & was informed the windshield had not been order (their mistake). Advised it would be received the next day & I would be called & told when to bring my car in. Today is 9/5/22. I still have not been contacted regarding my replacement windshield. This is totally unacceptable customer service. I will inform Wischnewsky Dodge Chrysler (they recommended I take my car to Able Glass) of this situation. Bad experience...

We took my car here and it took about four hours to install a windshield. However, it leaked air and we had to drive the hour back again and we have been here for over two hours already waiting for them to look at it. If you use them plan on packing an ice chest and lunch you’ll be here all day long

This is my second time using able to fix a nick in my windshield from rocks on the highway! I posted before and after pics of my first time! What a wonderful experience!!! You could hateful tell it was cracked!! Today I called ahead to make sure they could get me in! Travis assured me they could get it fixed today! Very professional! The gentlemen working at this establishment are amazing!!! They have the best manners and are so kind! It is so nice to go to a hometown establishment that's been around for years and they are still crushing it!!! Thank you guys for your manners and getting me out of there in 15 minutes!!! Excellent service!!!!!
