New manager is friendly and supportive. The new company started doing lots of upgrades to the storage and has made me feel appreciated and not just a number. They are reaching out to the community and hosting events and volunteering; always a good reason to do business with them!

The lady who runs this storage facility is rude and acts like she doesn't want your business. There are better and cheaper places in huntsville. Took my business elsewhere.
