I have a sick guinea pig and have made 3 appointments over a two week period. All 3 have been canceled on very short notice, the last one less than 25 minutes before scheduled appointment! I have to lose an entire day of work to make an appointment. So 3 days of missing work, and still haven't had my pet seen for the medical attention it needs.

I have tried four times to get an ultrasound for my cat at the advice of another veterinarian.1st appointment: canceled day of.2nd appointment: vet working that day said it wasn't necessary because my cat looked fine.3rd appointment: I was able to get in the day I called. However, after getting there and settled into an exam room I was informed there wasn't anyone available to conduct an ultrasound. I specified when I called so I'm not sure why I was able to be scheduled?4th appointment: scheduled the day before Thanksgiving. I was told to come early and drop my cat off. I was more than happy to go as early as needed. A little over an hour later I was called to pick my cat up because the vet called in.I was offered a reschedule for over a week later. I declined because wtaf.I am beyond frustrated.

Absolutely horrible. The veterinarian take off all the time leaving her co-workers stranded. The veterinarian will reschedule emergencies surgeries claim she is sick. I would not recommend this vet clinic. Especially when the veterinarian is rescheduling emergency surgical procedures.

Will quote you a reasonable price and then stack on extra tests or treatments that "have to be done" when you go for your appointment. I will be finding a new vet elsewhere that I can trust.

The Vet services are great. However, getting insurance filed and on time is poor. I have insurance and would file for myself if they would give me the documents required. They insist they will file but they either dont file or it is filled to late and declined by the insurance company. I have discussed with the girls at the desk and assured my concerns will be given to the gentleman who files. But to date. Nothing.

My technician Jordan took wonderful care of my two cats, she was very sweet and kind. The staff is great at explaining what they are doing and why, also very clear on explaining expenses! Thank you!

My dog's dewclaw got partially ripped off and I needed to find someone to help her fast. The closest emergency vet clinics are in Conroe and Willis. I called around a bit being denied until I called here. Everyone was super kind and helpful. They were able to help her out within the hour, and it was affordable. Thank you so much everyone working here. I would absolutely recommend their services.
