“I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda Pilot TrailSport from Loving Honda in Lufkin. Caleb worked with their inventory manager to find one with the exact specs I wanted from another dealer and then they traded for it. We negotiated an extremely fair price for the vehicle and they gave us a fair market price for our trade in. We did all of the negotiations over text and email since we live about an hour away. Caleb was very responsive and never seemed annoyed by my questions. The atmosphere in the dealership is very unlike most I have been in. It is extremely laid back and no pressure. They did not shuffle us off to a finance manager to do a hard sell on extended warranties, etc. Our sales guy (Caleb) presented our options clearly and concisely and allowed us to choose with zero pressure. We signed all paperwork in his office. When my car arrived from the other dealership with a bubble in the window tint, they immediately acknowledged it and had it fixed. They went above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to them.”

“We brought our Mazda Miata in for A/C service. We had to wait several weeks for an appointment and once our day arrived we dropped it off for service. The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.”

I had taken my car to two different auto shops for a mechanic to figure out what was causing the noise I was hearing and both told me, ohh it’s nothing your good. Took to Firestone explained to the lady what I was hearing. She drove it come back put up on jack and explained to me it was my shocks!!! I knew I was hearing something not right!!! “What a great transmission shop with a very knowledgeable mechanic. Had my car towed to them due to a bad busted leak in my transmission causing it to stall. They repaired the problem. It took a little while but it was worth the wait. Car runs exceptionally well. I am so pleased and if I ever need to have any work done in the future I will definitely bring my car back to them. Mr. Woody you are the man.”
