I was turned away, I came in to this location with an untouched part and receipt, before I arrived I called to ask if I can return my part to any location and I was advised as long as I have my receipt, the guy told me NO he can’t return my part and that it will mess up his money, he told me to go back to the store I originally purchased part from, I was lied to and disrespected. He called someone on the phone and was speaking in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand. Then turned me away, once I left I called a different location and was advised by a manager as long as I had a receipt I could return my part to any location. So why was I lied to. I was treated unfairly and it’s not right!

If you needs parts forget the other ones who tell you itll take a week or its special order. These guys always have the parts I need in a few hours.
