I went in to make changes to my account, and they sat me in front of a computer and told me "just fill the info out and a representative will assist." The representative was a video chat with an out sourced representative and the audio and video quality were so poor I couldn't understand them. They ended up cancelling two of my accounts by mistake. There were 5 employees in the Xfinity store standing by the entrance chatting with each other and only one customer in the store. I have no idea why none of them helped me. I had to drive to the Atascocita location to get actual service.

We just canceled the service we are waiting for 4 days for a connection they offer to send a technician but the technician never came Worst service ever

Dennis gave us the most amazing guest service I have ever received at any Xfinity. He spent 4 hours trying to resolve a problem we were having with my son’s phone after the hurricane. I am a store manager and I tell you he definitely went above and beyond for us. Customer Service should look like him everyday. I definitely know if we would have gotten any other Rep that day , they would have given up way before he did. So Dennis we thank you, and you definitely will go far

If i could give 0 stars i would this has been the worst company i have ever had if spectrum was in my area i would’ve gone back to spectrum i have had nothing but outages and payment issue since i got with the company i am definitely just gonna get att or tmobile home ive had enough

Terrible service, I called Xfinity and they supposedly gave me an appointment to pick up the new equipment quickly and when I arrived, both the person at the door and the manager told me that there was a 45 minute wait and they did not want to validate my appointment. I have been a customer for many years but because of these types of experiences I am thinking of changing service companies.

Not sure how Tachus were able to keep there customers up and running doing the Hurricane and thru out the week while it’s been a week and our Internet is still down. It’s nearly impossible to work from home using this internet service.

They will not answer the phone or come and talk to the customers who has been waiting since 2:50pm because they were supposed to open at 3:00pm
The manager needs to do better with their communication

Take a ridiculous amount of time to get service, like 40 minutes. And when I finally got service it took 4 minutes. Wait time is annoying, service is great

xFinity is Great when it is working. When it is not, I can lose $150 to $250 a day and only $5 compensation

I am a current customer and have been for 5 years my services has been off and on since April I work from home and this is affecting how I make my money I loose services every other day and my bill keeps going up and no deductions has been made I’m thinking of dropping my services I’m not being compensated for any of the outages I’m experiencing and I’m loosing money from work these services are no longer and advance to me if I can’t work I pay over $300 a month for your services I demand to be contacted

Regretful of having arrived at this place, they offered me a plan of lines they were advertising in the store, we accepted the plan and it turns out that the first month they charged me triple the agreed price. The second month they are charging me double the agreed price. We called the customer's attention. customer and they didn't solve anything for us, we came to the store and the worker didn't want to help us solve anything either ?
