Absolutely the best bank EVER! Why anyone would use any other bank is beyond me! Business & personal. 10+ years I've been a customer. So blessed to have them handle my accounts. Professional responsible customer service never before experienced at other banks. This branch particularly has some of the BEST Customer Service that takes interest to deliver ☆☆☆☆☆ service and support as well as pride in there careers. Woodforest bank is by far the BEST BANK I've ever used. Thank you Woodforest ????

Their customer service was wonderful. Quancy was very helpful in assisting me with opening my business account. Everyone else is friendly and courteous. I enjoy banking here!

Yes this bank froze my account out of nowhere without as much as a phone call just because they needed a small peice of information. I had to miss a days work to fix this. It could have been handled with a phone call. Had to wait 24 hours to access my account again after spending the morning at the bank. Pathetic...don't put money in here...fo to Facebook and notice all the deleted comments and that should tell you what you need to know.

I raced over to make a deposit I check the web site and it said open till 4 pm got into Kroger in Atascocita Bank was close.
