“Macy's is the best thing about Deerbrook Mall, hands down. It's not too busy, it's clean, it has many different styles and brands, and the customer service is excellent. Great store to take the kids, and there's a Starbucks also! My husband and I are more likely to find clothes here that we really like compared to other stores who have been focusing only on trendy items that aren't as practical to wear. Two thumbs up! ????”

“This was my 1st time at this location. Jasmine and her manager were amazing! I love being greeted when I walk in. When I asked for a particular item they never made me feel like a bother. These ladies were familiar with the Zip process. I just wish there was ZIP signage. Clean store! They handled the lines super fast. It was close to closing time but they were still smiling and greeting EVERY guest that walk in.Kuddos to these ladies! The retail world needs more humans like this dynamic duo ?KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LADIES! I will definitely be shopping at this particular location again.”
“I found this place last minute shopping for a Mardi Gras gown... So glad I did. They had lots of great dresses, in all sizes. Tbe woman who helped me was very nice and helpful, not pushy at all. I was able to try on 7 dresses within 30 mins & found one I loved for under $50. Bonus. I was short on time, but was able to spin thru the store enough to know that I want to go back and look at EVERYTHING! (there was a lot of cute clothes there along with shoes, bags, accessories, etc.)”

“When everywhere else fails, I always find something here. My size goes from 12 to 18 depending on the year, but I'm currently size 16 and they always have what I'm looking for. Good for professional wear and casual style. ? and they're always running promotions. You can find coupons in their website for in store purchases. Got 2 slacks for work for $60. If you're like me and in the awkward space between regular and plus size, this a good place, you will find something that fits.”
“I come here sometimes to get septum jewelry and I'll admit my last 2 experiences, I ran into some really rude employees, however today was different. I chose a cross necklace to buy and the red headed woman with glasses was incredibly friendly towards me! We talked about the band Ghost and other things and she seemed so sweet! “Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”
