This is the worst HEB around and don't try to order a cake here they will just look at you like you're stupid. I have been ordering my cakes here for the last five years. Well, not no more please train your bakeries to have more courtesy. Any time you order a cake they act like they don't want to put in your order. That is what they're there for. Go to the H-E-B in summerwood.

Favorite grocery store in Houston! Try the butter tortillas, they are THE BEST! This grocery store has it all, you won't be disappointed. Fair prices and nice staff.

We gotta do better HEB. I just picked the best head of lettuce to see it's brown inside. If its not good, then don't put it out.

This review is solely for the pharmacy department. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was one car ahead of me. Who knows how long she had already been there by the time I pulled up. After about 10 mins I stuck my head out the window and asked if they had even greeted her yet and she said no. Eventually she grew impatient (as was I) and she drove off. No sooner than she drove off did a lady came to the window and told me hastily she would be right with me. I'm assuming the woman who had just pulled away noticed somebody finally decided to do their job and she got back in line behind me. I completely understand that things get busy, however, all it would have taken was someone to say "We apologize for the wait and we'll be with you as soon as we can." It is literally that simple. As customers, all we want is for our presence to simply be acknowledged so that we know we aren't sitting there wasting our time. The woman who helped me did not provide ANY pleasantries when she helped me. No "hi how are you doing" or "sorry for the wait, what can I do for you," NOTHING. She told me my total, took my card and said "I just need a signature" and that was IT. Even after I signed and said thank you, she said NOTHING. I didn't catch her name, but it happened just now 8/29 at approximately 1:35pm. She was white, young, pretty with brown hair pulled back in a low ponytail. Just bc it's a pharmacy doesn't mean basic customer service doesn't apply. A smile and an apology when the wait time is excessive goes a long way. This was my first time Jaime HEB pharmacy, and, unfortunately first impressions go along way, so I'll be switching my scripts back to CVS. Times are tough and the world is bat sh*t crazy. During these times there isn't much we have control anymore (especially women, THANKS ABBOT), so when something as simple as choosing where to fill your script comes into play, Ima choose a smile and great customer service every time. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk and have a nice day! (See how easy that was?! Didn't even break a sweat.)

I have been buying rotisserie chicken from Atascocita HEB for over 2 years because it's been delicious. it's easy for my work lunches. This month, it has gone to the dumps. The chicken is not seasoned. It only has the flavor on the skin. I am a great cook. Meat has to be seasoned (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder), then 'bbq" or "orange pepper", etc. is added later. They are ONLY adding the sauce. YUCK. To be edible, I have to add marinade or my own sauce in order to eat it, or just trash it. Please season the chicken HEB.

WOW! Nothing like going to the grove store AFTER a long day of teaching and coaching. To purchase a Meal Simple rotisserie chicken and get all the way home to see IT HAS NO LEGS OR WINGS!! Then to add insult to injury call back to the store I can't even get a manager on the phone at 7:11pm!! Do Better if everything there is supposed to be better!!!

I placed an order for delivery. My asthma was acting up so I wanted to minimize contact with people. I placed the order around 1pm. It was scheduled to arrive between 6:30 to 7:30 pm. They didn't arrive until 8:00 pm. That wasn't the best timing but since it's a large grocer and it was a last minute order. It was even more inconvenient when they were late. I was able to order tasty, fresh yogurt parfaits, freshly cut fruit, and refill a couple prescriptions. That is super convenient. If I come back into town again, I don't think I'd use their delivery option but I'd probably shop with them again.

This is actually one of the only places I physically shop at these days. I know the layout very well so it's easy for me to get in and out quickly. I've never had a bad experience shopping at this HEB.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU SUPPORT LGBTQ! This HEB is extremely homophobic. Employees here do not do their part in making customers feel safe and welcomed. An incident occurred on May 27th 2021 involving a couple MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS when a homophobic man began saying homophobic slurs. The employees took no action to stop the man even though the couple tried to get a manager involved. Any customer throwing homophobic slurs should be immediately escorted out. Will not be giving this heb my services.

During Covid and the famous freeze, HEB remained consistent for its customers and my family. I was able to find Lysol, bleach, and other products that have been in shortage since March 2020. I can feel confident that if I make a grocery list before shopping, I will be able to find everything I need at a low price. I admire the fact that HEB brand is authentic and efficient in quality; unlike other stores with their generic versions. In fact, I prefer HEB's brand because it taste fresh and homemade. It has been a trying year and living out of the norm has been a weight on everyone's emotional health, but when I walk into an HEB store I the world feels normal again. The employees are friendly and it has been easy to find assistance when needed inside of any of their locations. Other competitor brands have poor customer service and looking for an employee for assistance is always almost impossible. I will continue to be an HEB customer because I know that when I spend money inside of their store, I have not made a bad decision. With so many small businesses placing their products on the shelves at HEB, I can feel content knowing that I am contributing to the financial crisis during the Pandemic. I recently discovered HEB makes their own tortilla chips and they come in two flavors; Chilli Lime and original salted. The HEB chips are amazing with any fresh HEB salsa or guac dip. They also released a new ready meal with three varieties to choose from; Chicken Pesto, Teriyaki Stir Fry, or Chipotle Lime. These ready meals come with all ingredients needed to make a quick meal in 5 minutes and can serve two depending how much protein you add into the dish. With a busy day-to-day schedule, this has made bringing dinner to the table easy and convenient for my family. During the freeze, HEB got rid of all meats and products that would cause any harm to its customers and offered things that were safe for consumption. I felt confident when shopping after the freeze that the products available were in the best interest of the customer and felt that they stocked their shelves back quickly to satisfy the customer. When my family and I had COVID, the delivery option that HEB offered made it effortless to maintain my household while quarantining. Most apps charged and arm and a leg to have delivery and while being out of work due to illness can cause a financial strain, HEB made it affordable to receive the same quality of products. Almost never have I had to get anything substituted or been told that a product was unavailable. HEB's mask policy even after the Texas lift shows there true compassion for their customer and gives me the comfortability I need to be able to maintain my household. Thank you HEB for making life easier.

I rarely shop there but a live-in relative does. Everytime he buys ground sirloin, it looks great on the outside but that thin pink layer is usually coating all brown meat. I personally don't care too much but I can't help but to think it's a janky profiteering corporate policy from HQ. I told him he might as well buy ground chuck for the quality of beef he's getting. He told me to put one star but I figure one star is worse case scenerio; like if someone was slathering their genitals all across the beef. Hopefully that is not a thing. My only complaint personally aint against the store but the customers themselves. Stop nodding off in the middle of the isle, I got s**t to do. It's in and it's out. Get what you came here for & move along.

HEB ATASCOCITA is normally a really great place to shop. However this particular visit wasn't so pleasant. The guy that works in the Beer & Wine section is indeed VERY RUDE!! @ 11:20 I was attempting to grab a 6 pack of beer from the cooler & was told very rudely "you can't buy that until 12" mind you I was NOT done shopping so who's to say I would not be in the store until noon??? MY family & I grocery shop at this same location every weekend! This isn't the first time I've had an unpleasant encounter with the wine patrol!! This guy is always like patrolling the wine aisles like no one is suppose to touch anything until he's done stocking, facing or whatever it is his job consist of. Ugh! Like dude learn how to address customers in a more pleasant tone!! Idiot!

This HEB location, has always stayed the same, and has never fallen, however, improved, from being great since my first visit in 2008. Always stocked in the majority of all their items, and service from different departments has always been great, and they always go out of their way to help you. Stay GREAT HEB !!!
