Well, I waited for almost an hour and then they skipped my turn and let the other person who was after me go first. That's too much for me. Come on???????

Never enough people working. Horrible customer service and communication. I am trying to get my son a checking account. We have been waiting over an hour and no one has so much as greeted us. There are 2 people sitting around doing ??? Very frustrated. Makes .e want to take my business elsewhere.

This has to be the worst bank I have ever been to. Takes over 20 minutes just to withdraw some money from the drive-though. We just sit there in the car and waited and waited after sending stuff up. Either this is insanely inefficient and/or the lady is not good at her job.

This is my 2nd visit to this branch, today I’m here to open a new business account and based on my experience from the last visit, I came to google to see if this is their normal review, and sure enough it is. There is one Banker available to open the account while TWO other bankers sit at their desk quietly working on their computers & NOT helping customers open accounts. The 1st teller came & told me, that because I didn’t have an appt she may not be able to help us because it may take too long for her to help the customs in front of me. In my opinion, she was politely asking me to leave but I chose to wait & see. During my wait, I watched her get up & politely asked 3 other potential customers to leave. 2 of them chose to wait as well.

Wells Fargo at WLH and 1960 that went out of their way to not help 20 mins before closing:Will never return to this branch. Walked in 20 minutes till close to simply inquire as to if I could have a single document notarized for a passport appointment the following morning at 8:30AM. I have 4-5 accounts through WF and left work nearby to make it to get it done.As I enter I inquire of the attendant and she then quickly and firmly explains that she is working with the last client of the day, and by the time she is done they will be closed and thus would not help me. Disappointed and looking for some sense of customer service or support I asked would it make a difference if I really needed it, knew it wouldn’t take long, and didn't mind waiting? I even inquired if any of the others behind the glass could do it to what she replied she’s the only one that is capable of doing it, and without hesitation restated in a rather rude tone (as if I didn’t hear her the first time) “I am working with my last client of the day and by the time I am done, we will be closed.” and turned her back to return to her desk where there were people sitting. I started to inquire of her name, and branch manager but figured I could get that later and made a decision to try to rush out to find another option before banks closed.CHASE BANK at WLH and 1960 that saved the day, and was the complete opposite of the WF:As I’m rushing to my car I called the local library but they made me aware that they do not do notaries. I suddenly remembered there was a small unassuming CHASE bank across the street adjacent to the WF. I have a small checking and a business account through CHASE so figured maybe there would be a chance I could try there with about 10 minutes left till 5PM. I get to this parking lot and park my car a good distance away as to not struggle with parking, and run across the parking lot to the doors where I see the attendant looking at me strangely and wondering why I was running. Before I could say anything her first response was “don’t worry we aren’t going to close the doors on you until we can help.” with a smile. Suddenly I have some much needed peace.I then tell her my plight to which she replies “no problem” and simply tells another person that looks to be shutting down that she has one more notarization to which she also replied “let me finish up something and I will be right with him.”Needless to say, she a few minutes later (Just after 5PM) calls me back, and completes my notarization in less than five minutes, and I was done.At this point, it was less about the notarization, and more about the respect and kindness that could have easily been given as opposed to being dismissive, and non accommodating at this particular Wells Fargo. All I was asking for with some assistance in a time of need, and this older female banker whose name I will get and post as well later went out of her way to not help.Be careful who you mistreat, as you never know who will actually speak on the mistreatment and call out disservice and disrespect. Though I will be keeping my Wells Fargo accounts, out of sheer appreciation I will be moving one of my savings accounts to CHASE as a thank you for their kindness on what could have ended as a terrible day for my family.I will not return to this branch, and I will share with everybody else I know who banks with WF my experience here.

My mom has been a customer of Wells Fargo since the name was Wachovia. Unfortunately she had a bad experience at this branch. While making a cash deposit with another individual without her consent, her account balance was presented on the screen for the other person to see. From my understanding you can only view your balance if the account holder request to see it. She feels that her account privacy was violated by showing her account information without her knowledge. Anyone can request to see your account balance at this location? We were told that the branch manager would call us to talk about the situation since she was on PTO but we haven’t heard from anyone. (the picture below is what a normal deposit looks like) why was my moms account information shown per request of someone else?

Went in the branch today (scheduled appt) to open a small business account. Had all the necessary documents but didn't realize I had to have my wife there to sign as well because she is named on the business but we called her and she was going to meet there in 30mins to get it handled.. so I said I would go next door and grab a bite to eat, when I returned the Relationship Banker Julie Patricia Heppler informed me that she went ahead and shredded our original documents (still unsure why) honestly it's how rude and no empathy about the situation. After she raised her voice I'm not gonna lie I became very rude. I guess Wells Fargo isn't a good fit for me?? If you are looking for terrible banking experience call Julie!

I was far from home and an emergency occurred, I went to the closest Wells Fargo I had and lucky me! What professional, pleasant, fast and efficient service in this place! Along the way, they recommended new and effective ways to use transactions. I'm very grateful. Thank you!

I love the atmosphere, the decor is nice, and the tellers and Manager are always kind, courteous and professional. I really like that you are afforded a bit more semi-privacy at this facility when you need to discuss sometimes discreet account matters than you are at other banks in the area. I also enjoy being greeted with a polite smile and even departing at times with a friendly goodbye. Sometimes they even open the door for me. So nice and unusual nowadays!

Useless, no one will help you . I felt the manager has no intention to provide service at all, saying : Better to go to different branch.

I went this morning to use the atm, the drive up atm was not working so I went around to the indoor one. There was a homeless man inside smoking a cigarette looking over my shoulder. I left and went across the street and paid the $3 fee to use the Bank of America atm.

Beyond ? slow. No matter what time or day of the week, they are slow moving. There's always a long line at the drive thru no matter how many employees are working. If you go inside, they make you wait in line even when they're not helping any other customers. Most frustrating bank around.
