Well, I waited for almost an hour and then they skipped my turn and let the other person who was after me go first. That's too much for me. Come on???????

Never enough people working. Horrible customer service and communication. I am trying to get my son a checking account. We have been waiting over an hour and no one has so much as greeted us. There are 2 people sitting around doing ??? Very frustrated. Makes .e want to take my business elsewhere.

This has to be the worst bank I have ever been to. Takes over 20 minutes just to withdraw some money from the drive-though. We just sit there in the car and waited and waited after sending stuff up. Either this is insanely inefficient and/or the lady is not good at her job.
