The worst customer service was put on hold for 8 minutes they hung up I called again they put me on hold for 50 minutes. I know they get busy but its 24 hours I'm sure they can come up with better ways so that someone can pick up and talk to someone instead of just picking up and clicking to be hold on again

This Pharmacy is WACK!!!! They take their time and don’t acknowledge that every patient is in need. And for the pharmacist to say other people are ahead of you that are an emergency. They NEVER KNOW when the medication will be ready, and always give false information when the medication is ready! Don’t waste your time!!!! wish they had a no star button

I’d leave no star review but I cannot. If you come here for the pharmacy, don’t do it. It’s absolutely horrible service. Came in from the doctor’s office with my toddler. My doctor is 30 minutes away from this pharmacy and they sent the prescription in ahead of time so I could just pick it up and leave. So I arrive and I am told 10-15 minutes and it’ll be ready. So I’m entertaining my sick toddler while we wait for her medication to be ready. Then after 40 minutes I go back to the window and ask what is taking so long. I was then told they needed an additional hour to complete the prescriptions. When I asked why I was not told this from the beginning they had no answer. I would have left and came back and not waited with a sick toddler. The head pharmacist seemed more interested in a personal conversation with another customer than getting work done. My advice avoid this pharmacy unless you have no other choice. And if you do have to you use them good luck.

If you are going to pick something up from the pharmacy you should bring a book. This is the slowest pharmacy on planet earth. If you don’t need a 24 hour location go to cvs, Kroger, or Walmart. If you show up to the drive thru with less than a quarter of a tank you will be flintstoning your car out the line.

Terrible service, my order disappeared and now I have to go to the doctor again to issue me another prescription, at the counter they offer discounts on medications but they don't offer it, until today it was my pharmacy of choice, I will look for another

I dropped off my prescription after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru line, which never moved during that time. I was told it would be ready in about 30 minutes. We went out to eat, and before driving back, I called to make sure it was ready. The phone was picked up, and immediately placed on hold without a word being spoken. After waiting awhile, the phone would ring, and again the phone was picked up by an employee, and immediately placed on hold again...this went on for over 30 minutes. The staff were also rude, and made it very clear they were in no hurry.

I spent 45 minutes in the line to pick up a prescription for my wife. This was after the email said it was ready. It was NOT due to the lady working but the fact that she was by herself. She apologized but it was not her fault. Walgreens!!!! Do better. You all are the only 24 hour pharmacy in the are

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Avoid it if you can. They leave you on hold forever, and when you go in person you might as well just park and watch a movie in your car.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy. There seems to be no point to calling to verify anything with the staff because they won't update it in there system anyways and you'll be stuck waiting in their line another hour for your medicine.
