This is the worst and slowest pharmacy ever! I told my doctors office to no longer send my prescriptions here. I have had to transfer my prescription to the Walgreens from here to the one on Little York several times. THEY ARE SLOW! ITS RIDICULOUS!

All the Walgreens in humble are ridiculous all pharmacist staff are rude . I was charged for a full prescription and only received 100 out of 180(medication) pills specifically. I told them they owe me the other 80 they cancelled that order from my profile but the insurance paid u full price for 180 not 100 ridiculous at its finest

Easily some of the rudest and slow pharmacists I’ve ever had to deal with. You’ll wait 15 minutes if there is no one in line, they’ll close the window in front of you when it's two minutes BEFORE the lunch time. They won't contact you to let you know the order failed. Hire more people, and train them right please.

Had an appointment that I had made online to get the Covid. Flu and RSV vaccinations. I waited and waited and waited! What good was it for me to make an appt. Then finally was told they didn’t have Rsv vaccine. Why did their system allow me to make an appt for the Rsv! Horrible!

The WORST customer service ever! I WILL be transferring my prescription to CVS. Pulled up to drive through window. And, waited 10min before someone acknowledge or help me. I watch them talk instead of helping the customers. I had paid online, so all I had to do is pickup and go. But, end up taking 25 min for the whole process. This is RIDICULOUS.

This is the slowest drive through. I’ve had to sit in line 20 minutes behind ONE person and can’t move because cars are behind me. At what point do you ask the person to drive around or come inside? Let’s not forget how I’ve previously said the staff is extremely rude and impersonal, including the pharmacist.

This has to be the worst Walgreens ever, last time I came it took 45 min just to get to the window. Today my husband went to get my prescription and they wouldn't give it to him because their technician spelt my last name wrong. Later in the evening I go to try and get my prescription just to find this at the window..

If you are bored at home and feel like waiting for 30-45 mins to pick up a prescription then this is your place. Otherwise find any other pharmacy, trust me the drive going there is worth it than standing here watching the sun rise and set. Contact their corporate office is a better use of your time. There CVS, Walmart, H‑E‑B, Kroger around here

I have only left a review two other times. I wanted to love this Walgreens like I did the one where I moved from. This place has the worst customer service I think I have ever had. I gave them 3 times, and every time there was a problem or a delay. It took me 3 days and 45 minutes on hold just to get them to call the pharmacy I switched to, which had left several messages and never returned a call. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else!

This Walgreens is a time waster. I've given them multiple chances in the past to get it right. I was thinking, well maybe they are having a bad day, but each & every time??? Disorganized, different excuses why there are problems each time. Very disappointed in the customer service in the pharmacy. Will not come to the pharmacy here or recommend it to others. It's the CVS fall creek from now on for us.
