This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Believe the bad reviews! I only got my daughter’s prescription sent here because they were open late and I wanted her to start taking it sooner rather than later. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them all morning because I need them to simply update my phone number so I receive updates and know when it’s ready and they can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I waited to speak to someone for so long my calls dropped about three times. When I finally got a human on the 4th try she was very sarcastic when she said “how can I help” she spoke to me like I had to count syllables to understand. I explained I needed my phone number updated because I was not receiving updates and she said she could help and would place me on hold. I was on hold for another 12 minutes and the operator eventually came on and said they were having technical difficulties and my call dropped once again. Now I’m trying to get my daughter’s prescription sent elsewhere on a Sunday, an absolutely nightmare.

Unfortunately, it seems there’s always a problem at this location and they wait. Today is no different. Imagine waiting in the drive-through line for 10 minutes then deciding to go inside to see if it’s faster just to find the interior pharmacy close. I guess for some reason the decision was made to do drive-through only at 6 PM on a Friday evening.

Appointment not honored from their side and served with an attitude about it, referred to other store without even trying to help to make sure the next store would be able to accommodate.I guess I must have failed as a customer! Great service attitude that way..

The customer service is the worse I've ever seen or heard for a pharmacy. I spent almost 2hrs trying to call them only to be put on hold and disconnected 3 times.

I called way before "lunchtime" it kept saying "there are two callers ahead of you" stayed on phone for over 40 mins then the wait music goes off and it sounded like someone picked up and hung up on me. I call back and they are in lunch break?!?? At least pick up and say "sorry but we will call you back after our lunch" or something! This is why I switched to CVS years ago but unfortunately my new insurance only deals with Walgreens.

Everyone should be fired , especially Malan. The only nice and professional person that I’ve ever come across is the Asian Lady. Wish I could remember her name but she’s so kind .

That one cashier is not the nicest as mentioned before! Sheesh not to mention the lines are generally long for the pharmacy but there are a few good techs and pharmacists there. I guess it’s not the best environment because alot of the workers aren’t always in the best mood .

First and last time I stopped here today. Rude incompetent worker who flat out IGNORE their customers. No wonder there is never anyone in here. Went to drop of a FEDEX PACKAGE where it told me to go and the Asian woman was a flat out B after the bigger woman ignored me. I'm sorry it's Monday you have to work but maybe don't take it out on the one and only customer in the store. If I were you I would find another store to go to where YOU actually get help. So I went to Walmart and returned my package hassle free. THANKS WALMART WHOO This store needs complete employee training I will never step foot in another Walgreens at this is how they treat their customers. Go down the road to CVS!

We went 3 hours later and they said we cannot find the prescription. Then 5 minutes they found the prescription, but said it would be 30 minutes more to process. Feels like Walgreens is too overwhelmed and too corporate, not friendly, not helpful, and unorganized. We recommend not to go here, and find other place.

Absolutely one of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived many places. Not only did they price gouge me on my medication, they did not use my GoodRX coupon which would have saved me money. Their own pharmacist could not tell me why I could only get qty30 when I’ve been getting the full qty90 every time I fill for the last 5 years. When I tell you that the staff is rude, that’s an understatement. Truthfully, I will never give them my business again and I’ll go out my way to go to another Walgreens somewhere else. Shame on them for being such nasty people.
