Kings Crossing Animal Hospital by far is the best VETERINARY facility I've taken both my fur babies to. We love.. love... love...Dr. Bumgarner. SHE ROCKS... and everyone that works there are so friendly!!

My dog was brought to this clinic by my relatives at the moment when I didn’t know about it. As the result they have done euthanasia without my consent when I’m the registered owner of the dog. They didn’t provide any copy of any documentation. As the result I’m filing the lawsuit against them for illegal euthanasia without the consent of the legal owner. Everything in my possession will be done to close down this place.
Please never use them if you want your pet alive.

Very pleased with the staff. They were so kind. They were able to get me an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Bumgarner was great! I definitely recommend them?

Super friendly and helpful staff. You can ask them about sending a picture via email and they may be able to help you out without an appointment. Im not sure if you have to be a current client or not. But it relieves the stress of unknown pet issues.

We LOVE kings crossing. From the vet side to the boarding side, we’ve been there so often for a ton of reasons but no matter what it is, every single staff member knows us all by name and treats us like we’re family. The vet side is always so educating and accommodating and sweet to us regardless of my “anxious dog mom” attitude sometimes and the boarding side will tell us how once they heard our babies were gonna be coming in, they all count down the days till they’re there. Nancy, the kennel staff lead, updates me so often cause she just knows I’m a worry wart even when I’m too shy to ask for updates and it’s so clear how much she loves my pups! They really wear me down some days and it’s so incredible to know I can take them to be with people who actually genuinely enjoy going nuts with them! The entire boarding side knows my pups by name and they’re literally always SO sweet every single time I drop them off, I never ever have to worry if they’re okay or if they feel abandoned or anything cause I know the boarding staff is probably hogging as many cuddles as they can and I know my babies are eating it all up ?
We had a vet we loved who retired two years ago and since then, we’ve visited 5+ vets and just hadn’t found a place we felt fully comfortable and confident in and we randomly stumbled upon kings crossing and will absolutely never use another vet as long as we’re able to keep going here! Plus having the vet available anytime when they’re being boarded is such a huge plus as she knows anything and everything going on with our pups.
Thank yall for being so good to us, yall really do put my mind at ease which is HUGE for someone with a constant fear that the sky is falling ?

We have been clients here for many years. Vet team and groomers are amazing! Samantha does such a wonderful job grooming both our pups. She takes extra care to really get to know them, and the results are fantastic each time! When your doggies want to go with their groomer, you know they are well cared for.

Absolutely outstanding doctors and staff!!! We have been with them for several years and always will be. We trust them with our fur babies implicitly! Every visit, for any reason, we are treated like family....this is the best animal hospital by far!!!

Kings Crossing helped us out of a bind during Beryl. We had run out of medication and our vet office was closed for an extended period of time, due to power issues. Kings Crossing saw our pet-meet and greet and reviewed records, that we had on hand, and they were able to administer the needed medication.
It was easy to set up and everyone was so helpful and friendly!

Sam the groomer is awesome. The vet staff Steven is always helpful when I call and informative when I ask questions.
