I gave 1 cuz there is no 0. He is a big liar. DON’T fall for his 5star ratings. Took $2000 from my insurance for repair and didn’t do everything he was supposed to. Do NOT use them for anything. And NO. He did NOT get me any funds other than $2000 he kept. LIER

I came to VIP Body Shop to get my undercarriage fixed. I was told that they were unable to get my car completely fixed back to new, but they would still be able to fix the piece that was hanging. I picked my car up and noticed that the piece did not look like it was properly fixed. The very next day my undercarriage was hanging just as it was when I brought it to them. I feel as though I just got taken advantage of instead of them using their professional judgement by refusing to do the service due to not being able to provide a quality finished product to the customer. I waisted $500 with them and then had to take my car somewhere else and pay the $1000 deductible to get it properly fixed. In the future, if they know that what they are providing a service that will not even last 24 hours they should just tell the customer that the job can not be done instead of just attempting to do something that they know is not going to work.

They know they’re doing when it comes to cars. Took my brutally wrecked camaro and they assured me they could fix it when I had doubts.
